Location of the hotel is excellent, beach is very good, staff very friendly, good value for money overall.

The bed wasn't that comfy, breakfast menu limited, water pressure very low.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Really lovely and helpful. The location is wonderful. I loved the breakfasts, the safe drinking water supplied every day, and close to beach and markets. The gardens are gorgeous.

The internet was appalling. It was more off than it was on and for some reason did not autoconnect. The resort is a little tired. The pool is lovely but it is time for a makeover.

original room unsuitable as we could not get on the bed as it was too high. The pathway was at times difficult as too up and down in parts, not good for older guests. Breakfast was just adequate.

I like the hotel views and staff.

air conditioner kept breaking down, no hot water and the shower head only drip a couple of sprays. constantly asked to have it fixed. This did not happen till the last day but was still no good. TV stopped working on the 2nd night. was not fixed till the last day. For the price per night coffee and tea and bottled water should be included and all facilities should be in good working condition. I was with family and they had the same issues with their rooms. The hotel needs to have a total overhaul.

Went elsewhere for coffee. Sadly your coffee was always just warm.

Toilet did not flush properly, sometimes not at all.

Just like before. I like that it did not change. You need to love old fashioned and simple but with a lot of outdated charms, like the garden and wooden decors, that make it unique, and as we say in french "dans son jus". Do not expect the latest italian bathroom, it will perhaps just work. And it is direct on the beach, in one of the best places in Sanur. Five times there already. Glad the beach club just aside did close :-)

The breakfast is on the simple side of things. The staff at breakfast is super nice, but there are other options for breakfast around if you are searching for a balinese bowl.
