It was a very large spacious loft. Great location.

I was in the area for a 3 day craft show and needed someplace affordable and close by to stay. This location was absolutely perfect and exceeded my expectations. The property manager was on site when we were there one day and he made sure to ask us how things were going and see if we needed anything. He showed us the workshop that he has on the property and then showed the event rental space that is also on the property (which would be perfect for a small get together with the bar space, comfortable furniture, area to relax and watch TV and then there is plenty of space for everybody to crash upstairs afterwards!) The space was very clean and tidy and came equipped with most everything you would need (he stated that he was in the process of adding a microwave). You could tell the space was recently renovated to be more modern updated and it was a job well done. Overall, very pleased with this space and would stay again if ever in the area.

The location of this property was great, within walking distance to downtown Winooski. The space itself was unique, comfortable, and clean. Be aware that there is an event space in the basement of the same building that can be rented out for late night parties, it is not sound proof, and their speaker system can cause the walls to shake until 2 am. Jon refunded us for almost one night’s stay since we couldn’t sleep on a Saturday night due to a party in the basement, which we appreciated, but we never heard back from him after calling and texting. If that experience hadn’t occurred, we would’ve given this place a 5 star review.

This is a newer property and owner is still making upgrades. We'd stay there again. Very comfortable bed. I'd rate it 41/2 only because there are a couple of improvements yet to be made and I could tell he wanted feedback of what things could be made better. Way better than a hotel. We loved it and if we are back in Burlinton, that's where we'll stay.

The lift was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Clean and plenty large enough for the two of us! Great location-close to Burlington and the bike paths. Would definitely want to stay again!

My husband and I went up to visit our daughter who recently moved to Burlington. This apartment was the perfect place for us - clean, bright and spacious. The bed is amazingly comfortable and the small balcony is perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment was easy to find and there is off-street parking directly by the building door.

Had a great time staying in the loft- the location of this downtown winooski apartment is definitely the best part. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and had what we needed for our short stay. Self check in was smooth.

This loft apartment was perfect for my trip to the area. It is very clean and bright. The kitchen was well stocked, the towels were new and fluffy, and the bed was comfortable. The house is on a Main Street and easily walkable to a market, bakery, and a few restaurants. There is also a lovely trail along the river that is easily accessible. It is conveniently located so it is an easy bike or drive to UVM or downtown Burlington. Interstate 89 was very close so day trips to Stowe/Waterbury were quick. Two things to be aware of are that while there was a bar to hang clothes and a luggage rack, there was not a dresser or shelf to unpack clothes from a suitcase. This was a bit awkward for a week long stay. The airport is also very close and you can hear planes flying overhead. Earplugs were a must for sleeping at night. Overall, this apartment was a great spot for exploring the area then relaxing.
