Location is great, it is located in the western area of the holy mosque, the area is wide and usually not crowded as other areas. The property is very close to Bab Assalam which means easy access to Men’s main entrance. This hotel is very clean and services are very good.

The absence of espresso machine. The breakfast should include more fruits

Cleanliness and staff behaviour was amazing. Normally we don’t find such things in these locations.

Nothing really. Just one suggestion. It will be good to have locker inside room.

The location was good.

The hotel was really dirty. The bed & curtains had stains. The bath was dirty (limescale). The window was broken which allowed too much air in, we had to contact reception twice regarding it and all they would do was send maintenance who did some DIY with super glue but did fix the overall issue or offer to move us to a different room.
