Good environment to relax.

The staff was the highlight for me and my mom, the 2 girls that we met were super nice and helpfull. The food was really good
When we came the flowers werent in bloom and its a bit away from any main train station

The staff were very friendly. And there were a lot of signs in English. We had a breakfast every morning and it was delicious and full of Japanese flavors.
It would have been nice to have an American (plus) sized robe for the bath house. I also had to ask some ladies how to put the robe on since it was not clear to me.

Staff was incredible, restaurant was awesome for lunch and dinner, onson was fantastic.
Breakfast was not as awesome as other meals, a bit of a commute to resort, but taxis were easy

Japanese breakfast. If you like it it's good value for money. If you don't like it there is some yogurt and bread to toast. Scrambled eggs, bacon and all the usual suspects...Japanese style.

The Onsen was quite nice. The rooms where tidy and the stuff cared really well for us and the kids. Got a special breakfast on the last morning too.
