Apartment has good Equipements (Towels, papers, detergents etc.), super location, friendly host.

Cleanliness could be better, a little bit boring decor. Anyway, good value of money.

The location was outstanding. My wife and I are in late 50s and mid 60s. We were able to walk to the royal palace, museum del prado and Botin restaurant. Plus all the other places we had on our list.

I can't really say I didn't like anything about this place. But for some, it's in a busy square that's active 24/7. Soundproofing is great though. The street activity is one of the things I loved about Madrid inhabitants and visitor's. Traveled my whole life and Madrid is tops.

Great location, great value. Tirso de Molino metro stop right outside the apartment. Only a short walk from some of Madrids main hotspots. Emilio, our host was extremely helpful.

the location was fantastic, amenities close right down the flat and though in a bustling area it was extremely quiet at night.

conveniently located opposite 2 supermarkets and very close to metro station. but we felt a little unsafe as there were many people loitering around downstairs.

- very noisy. noise from outside and from within the building. doors have to be slammed shut so there was constant slamming of doors and shouting throughout the night. - could be much cleaner. microwave knobs were sticky, had hair on our bedsheets.

Location was perfect, everything you need just in a 2 minute walk. Facilities in the appt were OK, even a washing machine, in case you want to do the laundry. Plenty of towels, plates, cups, glasses etc.

Some of the ligth bulbs were broken/ didn’t work, so it wasn’t really a cosy setting in the evening. And neigthbours in the adjacent appt. were very noise when coming in at 03:00 hr.

Super convenient location, right in the midst of everything. Short walking distance to Plaza Mayor and other tourist attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets and the metro station is directly in front of the building. The staff was attentive and were quick to respond to our questions. Plenty of storage space. We would definitely stay here again.

Within 10 mins to all attractions, two supermarkets opposite the property, subway station, Tirso de Molina, a few steps away. Bakeries and restaurants literally steps outside your door. Taxis are extremely frequent in front property. Host kept in constant contact and answered all questions in a timely manner. Will visit again and recommend to anyone that wants to stay in a central area in Madrid

The host Emilio was really helpful and nice. The flat was great, the location perfect and we had a fantastic stay in Madrid.
