location was great, spacious rooms,
housekeeping needs to do better, there was dried shampoo or both on the shower wall, the shower curtains needs to be washed a lot more than they are, bed spread has make up on it.

The location is excellent. A quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to the national parks hiking trails. Unit is clean and well stocked.
The unit is clean, but the furnishings could use some updating. Some thing the owners cannot control, but the noise from the unit above us was pretty loud. So if you’re sensitive to noise or heavy walkers, maybe try a higher unit.

everything ! they had all the things you would need in the kitchen ! the rooms were so cute! I loved the balcony!
it was perfect ! nothing to not like !

The mattress was old and didn't sleep well, the outlets in the rooms had shorts in them,the light in one of the bathrooms kept blinking, the air vent in one of the bathrooms was hanging out of the ceiling, the shower had hair in the drain.

The location was great, within walking distance from the main street.
We had an issue with the toilet which was corrected

Love the location. Kitchen was stock well. Love the balcony view.
Elevator not working when we arrived. Down for two days. Had to climb steps for 3 stories. That was rough at my age and health conditions. Toilet not working. No Ac in master bedroom. With summer heat was hot in the room. Room not as clean as it should be.

Good location, good communication with host, apartment was nice, comfortable and with enough space.

It was very easy to walk into Gatlinburg! So nice not to have to find parking. Very clean. They supplied everything!
