Location on beautiful beach. Huge 2 bedded room, a little tired in decor but lots of space. Happy hour was great. Lots of restaurants right on beach Friendly staff allowed early check in which was great. Helpful with taxis

Location of hotel is fantastic. Our room was really nice. Had an amazing Xmas and new year. The hotel entertainment was superb on both nights and would 100% recommend this place to anyone thing of going

Happy hour a little later and pricey compared to others. promote the bbq better because it is superior quality to others nearby.

Great location! Beach is awesome (!), no rocks during low tide, great sand. Also infrastructure with some shops & restaurants at the beach and main road. By tuk tuk close to Saladan Pier and night market. Location for us one of the best on the island. Staff super nice and friendly. Deluxe Bungalow, in which we stayed, was nice.

Unfortunately the water of the (new) deluxe pool had turned green and was not clear - pool was closed few days for maintenance. (mid Jan 2023) Breakfast was rather simple when compared to other hotels during our trip. We missed more Asian and vegetarian options.

Unfortunately there is nothing to do during the green season. Everything on the beach was closed. No tourists right now

Amazing hotel resort, huts facing the beach. Very comfy bed, great breakfast too. Pool was clean and nice. Excellent hotel service such as port pick up, organizing scooter rental or laundry - all very affordable too.

No beach good for swimming in a walking distance.

The Wi-Fi & the Shower

Well, I don’t think the resort should be open at the minute. We were the only guests in-house despite being told there were 5 others, we didn’t come across anyone. the front of the hotel at the beach was bordered up and so uninviting. Covid/low season is to blame at present too however I feel they could’ve even put us in a nicer room and closer to the reception or the sea where the rooms were all empty. we were at the very back of the resort where it was very dark, and felt extremely eerie. Room was full of mosquitoes, I’d imagine from when they were cleaning with the door open during the day as there are nets etc. during the night we were also greeted by cockroaches which just topped it all off. We were disappointed with the stay & feel we could’ve been more impressed with some thought for the only guests arriving. We left as early as we could the next morning.

We enjoyed a free upgrade to a much better room, the location is brilliant, all staff very nice and friendly.

Although the breakfast was acceptable it could have been better, as usual in Thailand no body can cook a fried egg however the omelettes were very good.

We really enjoyed our time at the southern Koh lanta resort. The kids loved the fact that there were multiple pools and we had reserved a beach front villa. The staff were superb. Welcomed is with orange juice and smiles. The house cleaning staff were super awesome during our 3 day stay. Walking along the beach was cool. There are a few beach bars to catch the sunset. They were all kid friendly and made for fun evenings.

Everything was great. Real friendly staff. Went out of thier way to make me feel at home. Beach very close, but not to close for me. Room was very clean, coild not of ask for a better place

Nothing to dislike, for me.
