Atmosphere was great! Location just at the beach and the chill beach bar is excellent combination.

Beds were ok, AC was cold, room had a fridge and some tea and coffee and free water. Our kids loved the pool and slide! We stayed during low season so there were not many guests so we often had the whole pool to ourselves. The family rooms with bunk beds were great, much better and more spacious than the quadruple with two double beds. The bathroom was a really good size with a big walk in shower. We loved the bar on the Beachfront of the resort grounds. The bar owner Sun was super lovely and would happily order us food to be delivered whenever we wanted as the resort restaurant was not open during low season. Great guy with a cool funky beach bar with pool table. The price was excellent value for money for a family so we would stay here again. Staff organised scooter hire for us.

As it was low season, there were hardly any staff around which wasn’t too bad, except we only had our room cleaned once in six days and we had to continually ask for that. They say to put your sign out by 11am but even when we did that, it wasn’t cleaned. The cleaning was minimal, just a sheet change really as they didn’t clean the bathroom or floors or remove any dirty dishes. We felt like the reception/admin staff could have been a little more friendly by offering us advice on where to eat or what to do. A few things in the room not working properly like bed side light, TV, bathroom sink pipe leaked over the floor, nothing major. Rooms were quite dark. There were not a lot of places open nearby the hotel or anywhere on the island actually. Many places close over low season so it does feel a bit like a ghost town and the beaches fill with rubbish with the rough seas and winds which was sad to see. However, we were happy to chill at the hotel which was nice and quiet with hardly anyone around!

There is a swimming pool with a large waterslide suitable for relaxation, a beach hotel, a beach bar, beautiful and spacious rooms with facilities.

Everything is perfect. Great sized rooms, beautiful pool and bar on the beach. My third time Staying here. Fantastic staff too

Bungalow was good. Furniture a little old, but enough space. I had to change rooms and the second one was too dark, do the receptionist had to call someone to install light bulbs that were missing.

On the first bungalow I stayed there were cockroaches crawling out of the bathroom every nicht. On the 3rd night having to kill cockroaches, I asked for a room change but the receptionist refused to give me a room upgrade and simply gave me the bungalow in the back. There was also a roch on that one but thankfully it was just 1.

We liked the pool and slides a lot, since we were traveling with a 4 year old. The rooms were nice and the staff was very friendly. The front desk can help organize all kinds of trips. The facilities were outdated. It may have been because we visited during low season.

The restaurant was really poorly. I don’t say this often, but the food was really really bad. I even got food poisoning. We ended up going to the neighbors for every mail (they had a lovely restaurant and menu!!). The shower in our hotelroom could only go on two modes; cold or HOT!! That was a bit unpleasant.

Awesome bar and great restaurant right on the beach. Very chill atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near a small local supermarket

we were staying in rooms D6 and D7. we were family with 2 small kids and it was interconnecting bungalows which were perfect for us. initially booked only for 1 night, but we loved place so much that we stayed there for the rest 2 weeks we had left on Koh Lanta Island. also manager gave us good price when we booked directly through her. kids loved swimming pool with the slide🛝 and my little 2 year old boy loved little pool with little baby slide. we met quite few families that extended their stays because of location convenience and water slides. perfect location on the beach, very romantic and relaxing, although quite busy so doesn’t feel dead. staff very friendly and helpful. bungalows newly renovated. massage beds on the beach for 400baht 1hr massage. if we ever go to Koh Lanta we would definitely stay there again. we felt like at home there.

Some rooms are a little dated and have some quirks such as low to no water pressure.

Aquapark is really nice - our kids loved it. Hotel is right on the beach with beautiful sunset so this is a plus.

Room was not nice and not like in the pictures. Plastic chairs instead of wooden, inside looked looked a bit like from a horror movie (tv taken off from the wall, fan ripped off the wall) but we saw each room is totally different inside so pay attention to details on booking pictures. Also staff is very average in terms of attitude.

Great location, beautiful beach, nice pool, lovely staff and restaurant was very convenient.

We requested two beds for our room when we booked but we were initially put in a room with a double bed. Staff then kindly moved us to a twin room but this was of a notably lower quality than the previous room (the bathroom towl rail was damaged, the finishings were worn).

good for families. you have all you need pretty close. plus, they do have some perks: pool, massages, bar.

other guest families told us about their kids feeling sick because of the pool bot-so-clear water. after a few days our kid got sick too. the restaurant staff is not very friendly (one older lady is openly rude), while bar and other staff are ok. food is not great (there's many better options all around), breakfast is poor and service is VERY slow.

Bungalow far away from pool and bar was quiet. Room was nice and clean. Nice pool and good location.

great pool for the kiddos and playful adults:) decent restaurant with a fine selection of western and Thai food. nice reggae music from the neighbors bar, and good opportunities for a sea view massage as well. good value for money compared to other islands like koh lipe. relaxed beach vibes. very friendly and helpful staff. low key and family friendly property. very clean:)

Communication is easy since they can understand english. The owner is muslim, it makes our stay easier especially for food. The room is very spacious & clean. The beach is just next to the hotel. nice swimming pool & restaurant. You can book for massage & 4 island long tail trip at the reception area.

The room seriously need more lighting. It's very dim in the room. Water pressure also a bit slow thus it's hard to get nice warm shower.

The hotel is right at the beach, which is great and for us the biggest attraction, and the sunsets are beautiful. The location and the pool probably attracts lots of families, which is good when you are traveling with kids. We liked the breakfast, there are enough options, and the restaurant looks over the beach (kids can play in the sand while you are having breakfast looking out at the ocean).

The room was just ok, and the cleaning of the rooms can happen in the late afternoon if that is important for you. We had lots of mosquitoes inside even if we kept everything closed. The stairs to the pool slide are probably on the dangerous side.
