Nothing at all except the location was good.
The whole room need to overhaul. Pls don't rent to anyone before you do a major reno.
1) Parquet warp near the bed & main entrance to bedroom.
2) Toilet is filthy dirty.
3) Sofa bed is filthy dirty.
4) Mattress & pillow need to change asap.
To anyone interested to book this room, pls think a thousand times....

Location is good
Dusty studio apartments, no cleaning service, smells very bad, i have to buy difusser, owner not responsive. Toilet, all floor not clean balcony not clean dusty all over the apartment.

have cockroach , not clean. the kitchen also less glasses.

Dirty times ten, aircondition loud and doesn’t work so well, no Internet and safety box, the floor like a mountain, water damages, door broken. it is just dirty and you don’t want to touch anything

Good location.
1. This is the first time I had a packaging breakfast (not breakfast in sunway resort & suits cafe).
2. There are several down light and lamp are not functioning.
3. No wifi.
4. No free parking.
4. Feel not worth with the price that I pay.

A little overpriced for such old accommodation.

The bathroom was kinda smelly a little bit. But overall everything was pleasantly fine.
