Great apartment with only a few minutes walk to the center and the ski area. Owner very friendly and helpful.
I did not like that they had no airconditioner. I was there in July and it's hot. The owner showed up with a fan after I complained but they really should have an airconditioner. That's However my only complaint. Other than this apartment is very nice, clean good location and I would happily stay there again.

One bed was broken and we couldn't extend it. They offered another room but was ok, there was no need to extend.

The spa wasn't great. It didn't look like it's regularly cleaned, the saunas were inactive and the jacuzzi was old, with low water level and had a funny smell

Nice, tidy room with plenty of space. Nice facilities for guests to use in basement.
Quite noisy - little sound protection in rooms. Staff not about much but very helpful and kind when they are.

Nice property, centrally located, quite, with easy parking. Our room was very nice and quite large, with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. The mountain view was also very nice. There was a small SPA facility, free of charge.
The SPA wasn't always available (maybe because the hotel wasn't full through our stay) and you had to ask for preparing it, which was not always convenient. No other problem with our stay!

The staff was very nice, the spa as well, the apartment was spacious and the check in was flexible.
The bed was a bit uncomfy. There is virtually no sound isolation. Also only one cup in a 2 room apartment?! Definitely needs some more cutlery.

The comfort of the sleeping was average The sofa bed is not really a bed. You are just sleeping on the couch. No parking available at the guest house.

The room was perfect. Very clean and warm, near the ski area and shops. The receptionist was very kind and she helped as with the baby coat. We loved the spa and the kids playground. Thank you for the perfect stay.
