room felt a bit basic and small, very surprised to find that there were no dressing gowns provided for use in the spa area not all spa facilities were available or working,Charged by the hour to use the pool table in the communal area which I felt was very inappropriate for the cost of the accommodation,reception staff were not that helpful or customer friendly

Room was spacious with balcony. Breakfast was delicious. Food in restaurant tasty. Staff nice and helpful. Spa, billard, space for children great. Strongly recommend

Clean. Good location. Good breakfast.

No privacy. I have booked a suite with two bedrooms. The problem is that the second bedroom and the bathroom are in the big bedroom. There was no air conditioner in the small bedroom. It was SO hot! Would not recommend when travelling with friends.

Great location 5 min walk to Gondola. Great Italian restaurant on site.Rooms comfortable and ideal for family (older 20 's).Nice breakfasts too
