It was very clean, with comfortable bed, it had swimming pool with the view, breakfast spot on the top floor with the view on the ocean and parrot rock, every sight in Mirissa was walking distance maximum 8 min from the hotel, owners were very friendly, they helped rent the scooter, and get the whale watching trip (for better price than regular trip centers around the city), owner was honest, helped with everything, after we came back from the trip late for breakfast made the breakfast specially for us, exceptional people and hotel. I recommend it to everyone

Easy to find. right by a bus stop. good location on main road but still quiet in the rooms.

plenty of stairs to our rooms but our bags were carried for us so no real complaint there. rooms were a bit small.

The hotel is in a great location, only a stones throw from the beach, with a great view of Parrot Rock and the sea from the breakfast balcony. Located within walking distance of many other beach restaurants and a busier part of the town, where there are many shops, souvenirs and ATMs if needed. The room we were in had everything you could need - large beds with mosquito nets, a/c, fridge, kettle, tea coffee etc. We spent many a lazy afternoon in the pool, overlooking the sea when the waves were too rough or the sun was too hot. We would grab drinks from the restaurant downstairs and have them by the pool. The most memorable part of the stay was the warmth and welcome from our hosts Rathnasiri and Deepika, plus their niece and all of the staff. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough to look after us or assist us. They serve a beautiful fresh breakfast everyday on the roof terrace every day, the food in the restaurant is great and I cannot describe how much better they made our stay by treating us like family. Thank you for the most wonderful holiday, I cannot recommend staying with you enough. Photos of the view from the hotel, the pool and our lovely host :)

Nothing, was a fabulous stay and would definitely stay here again.

Location was great! Right in between parrot rock and coconut hill and just across the street from the beach. The host and staff are very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. The breakfast was a lot of food and you eat on the roof overlooking the ocean.

The location is very convenient close to the beach and restaurants, the room was spacious and the host was kind enough to let us have a late check out as our flight wasn't till midnight.
