This trip was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We came with two families, including four young kids. The host was great about upfront planning and communication to make all logistics a breeze. Once we arrived on property, the amazing crew were the perfect hosts. Ginger, Vincent, Sheldon, Felecia, Alwayne and others were amazing to both the parents and the kids! They made us all feel very welcome and comfortable, making sure our every need was met. From hot coffee and delicious breakfast first thing in the morning to Vincent’s delicious dinners and Ginger’s desserts… every meal was thoughtfully planned and top notch. A true vacation in every way for busy families! We would definitely look to stay here again. The interior and exterior of the gorgeous house are even better than the pictures show. Thanks for the hospitality!!

This was a trip of a lifetime. I traveled with friends and family for a couples trip to celebrate the new year and relax. This was the perfect property to do just that. The scenery is gorgeous, house is clean and comfortable, and all of the amenities helped to make our stay perfect. We spent most of our days outside taking advantage of the pool and plentiful outdoor living. What really made our trip was the team/staff that work at the property. They took care of us, were professional and kind, and truly amazing people. And the food was delicious! We opted for mostly traditional Jamaican and I am so glad we did. Joe, the host was responsive, friendly and helpful, including connecting us with massage therapists who came to the house and were amazing. I definitely want to make this an annual trip. Thank you for a joyful experience!

What a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday!! Springville is an absolute gem! The property is a beautiful oasis, so much so, that you don’t have to leave!However, the Crown Jewel of this property is the staff! Ginger was so personable, thoughtful, and kind. He made sure our needs and requests were met. Vincent prepared delicious meals every day that rival any 5 star restaurant!On my birthday, the space was decorated with balloons and a “happy birthday” banner! We were a party of 5, and we each had our own GORGEOUS bedroom/bathroom. There is not a bad room in this property, so no need to argue over who gets then”best” room! Our party was so impressed with Springville, and we’ve decided to make it a yearly destination. 10 stars!!! AMAZING!!

Ginger and Vincent was the most amazing host I have ever worked with. The villa was beyond exceptional and everything was just gorgeous. The view was impeccable and I honestly wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. Everything was clean, nice, and safe and also the maid make sure she kept our area clean at all times. I would recommend this villa to any guest and we definitely will be staying here again.

Springville is beautiful the photos and property match the photos and listing. We enjoyed our stay Ginger was super sweet and was able to accommodate our every need. I give this place a 4/5 due to the fact that we did not know the ground keeper was staying on the property with us. Besides that, we love everything !

We had such a great stay at Springville for a photography retreat. The grounds were beautiful and the view was incredible. All the staff, especially Ginger, were fantastic. We ate all our meals at the villa and the food was great. We'd be happy to recommend Springville to anyone visiting Montego Bay!

The property is a dream, the house is incredible, and the Springville family is so warm and welcoming. Our group was four girlfriends celebrating our 40th birthdays. Our birthday theme was getting ourselves taken care of: mission accomplished. The food. Oh my goodness the food. After our first meal we decided we didn’t want to eat anywhere besides home. We wanted to not have to make any choices, Vincent and Ginger prepared and served us surprise meals and everything was incredible. The brown chicken stew, lobster, ackee and salt fish… warm cookies. I cannot pick a favorite. The rooms have total privacy and the beds are very comfortable. All of the bedrooms and living spaces are incredibly designed with comfortable and substantial furniture. The entire experience was a luxury. We relaxed, worked out, ate, drank, ate more, and lounged. We left planning our return trip.
Joe was a text away with answers to all of our questions. He was more on top of our flight info than we were.
Thank you to all the staff that made our birthdays so very special. We felt the love. Thank you Ginger for the birthday decorations!!!

The pictures and descriptions do not do the property justice!! The view is absolutely amazing and the rooms are huge! The staff will create a memorable experience!!! You get to enjoy authentic cuisine prepared by the chef and the butler Ginger is great! He decorated for my birthday and we had a fantastic dinner outside!!! 10 out of 5 stars!!! Amazing!!!!

The owner Joe was easy to deal with and responded to all questions immediately. We went with my 92 year old who suffered a very bad stroke exactly one year ago. After her long recovery, we all needed a vacation. Springville was exactly what we all needed. The place is immaculate. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. They are all like master suites. There was 1 BR on the first floor which was perfect for my mom and there are 3 BR's on the second floor. One nicer than the next. All have their own bathrooms and great closet space. The service was impeccable. Ginger (butler/chef), Vincent(chef), Felicia(housekeeping) and Sheldon(security/landscaping) were always smiling and aimed to please. We felt at home yet we were treated like royalty. Spoiled and pampered. The food was DELICIOUS. They all were so accommodating since my mom still has trouble swallowing with her meals. I just can't say enough. We all had such a relaxing time. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Bring your workout clothes. The gym is well equipped and you'll need after Vincent's cooking. Trevor handled the airport transfers and was on time and very personable. I couldn't have asked for a nicer time in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

The experience from top to bottom was beyond enjoyable. The Villa was breathtaking in person. We went to celebrate my 60th birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special ; they set up balloons around the house, hung up banners and even got cake! Ginger made us feel as if we were family and that we belonged there; whilst ensuring we could have every possible thing we needed. Vincent’s cooking never failed to amaze us, he can do so much with just one meal. Sheldon and Vern made us feel secure, we were able to sleep in peace and enjoy the whole property knowing we were safe. Felicia consistently ensured the Villa was fresh and clean. We didn’t want to leave. We most definitely will be returning.

Where should I start? The pictures of the villa do not do this place justice! We really enjoyed our stay. The house staff was fantastic. The food was delicious. The driver was so nice and always willing to take us places, no matter how late.
Any issue we had Ginger was there to help get it resolved.
I would say that the one main things that bothered everyone was the bugs near the dining area. Even though the staff tried their hardest to keep them away from our food, not much could be done to prevent it. But again, the dining area is semi outside, so I guess it comes with the territory.
Aside from that, I would 100% recommend this place to others.

You REALLY have to stay here!
Let me just start by saying, I've stayed in places where the pictures exaggerated the space..... but this was the complete opposite. The pictures do not capture the vibes, or the views throughout the day as the sun sets and rises.
I travel out of the country every year for my birthday and this was by far the best birthday to date.
The staff..... I'm not even sure where to begin. Everyone was so patient and kind. Ginger was truly accommodating, everything we asked for he made sure we got it. Chef prepared the most DELICIOUS meals, to the point where I'm not sure how I can go back to eating American food lol! Freshly picked fruit straight from the trees every morning.....ackee, mango, coconut😋😋😋. I cannot thank them enough for their generosity... they were so welcoming and knowledgeable.
We were between 7-8 women for a 5 day stay and the staff helped make it an absolutely stress free vacation. They even helped my friends surprise me with decorations and cake for my birthday. 🥰🥰 Everything was perfect! Even if they wanted to.... they never complained when we asked them to take group pictures lol.
Our driver, shared so much history as we drove through different areas and again was so patient while waiting for 7-8 women lol.
The host was super responsive, he responded immediately to my questions, offered suggestions and info to help streamline the process.
The views, the views, the views. BREATHTAKING! But if I had to choose what made the experience great.... I would have to say the staff. They were exceptional! I've never felt safer or more at home in another country! And did I mention the food? 😋😋😋

Our stay
So we recently rented this property last weekend for my 30th birthday and I had to run and write a review for this property and their amazing team. To say it was a birthday to remember would be an understatement! The property is amazing and it is exactly what the pictures show if not better I was very impressed. From the moment we were greeted we knew we were in for a magical weekend. Ginger the house host was amazing from beginning to end, he was warm, welcoming, considerate and didn’t hesitate to please us. Anything we thought of that we wanted he already thought about and handled ! Vincent the Chef didn’t disappoint AT ALL. Everything we had was amazing and anything we requested he was able to throw together in his kitchen of magic ! Everything tasted fresh, light and extremely well seasoned it was all spectacular. Felicia was so efficient with keeping the property well cleaned everyday felt like our first day there! We never felt out of place or in her way while she tidied the home. Trevor our driver was perfect always on time and ready to assist with getting us to our destinations as well as giving us amazing suggestions that brightened our trip. Kim was a pleasure making sure she always asked us if we needed anything whether a snack to bite on or another refill of the amazing rum punch we were provided. Last but not least Sheldon our stay security was amazingly warm, welcoming and made sure to make us feel comfortable every step of the way, there was no doubt of feeling that he had our backs. All in all it was an amazing trip and I will 100% come back to this property!

Hidden Gem
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, amazing view, but the thing that makes this such a great place to stay is the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and generous with their time and willingness to make sure we were happy and comfortable.
It starts from the top, Joe the owner, whom was easy and nice to work with. His follow up and responsiveness was impeccable. Joe even made himself available for a conference call with my group. To Chef Vincent whom kept us full, happy and smiling. Chef Vincent even made me Jamaican oxtails since I mentioned I had never tried them, it was so so good! Then there was Ginger, words can never express how we love and appreciated him, he is the glue that keeps things going with Grace. Ginger is kind, dedicated, thoughtful, respectful, selfless with such a humble spirit. We tried kidnapping Ginger but he assured us he had to stay for his family 🤦🏽♀️. He is a valuable asset to this hidden Gem!
We could not say Goodbye, instead we said “We will be back”! The best most relaxing vacation I’ve had by far!

Extraordinary!!! Absolutely stunning property and a staff you will fall in love with!
If you want perfection, stay at Springville . The property is magical and pristine. So beautiful and comfortable. The staff….just Extraordinary! Chief Vincent, most amazing chief! We enjoyed his meals so much more than going out. Didn’t even compare. Chief Vincent will cook anything you want. Had incredible breakfast lunch and dinners. His passion to details and flavor! I always said, “ this is crazy sick good” The butler, Ginger, is probably one of the kindest persons I’ve ever met. He waited on us like we were Kings and Queen’s. Whatever we needed, there was Ginger. Most enjoyable man to get to know! And Ginger is also a wonderful cook. Ask him if he will fix his famous pizza’s. Felicia, our house keeper, kept our rooms spotless. Never seen a bed made up like she does. She would sneak upstairs and make everything so perfect. So kind and a delight! Sheldon and Vernon are the ground keepers. This villa is on three acres of stunning landscaping. It is truly magical. Trevor, our chauffeur drove us anywhere we wanted to go. He is such a delight and funny. We are huge college football fans and Georgia was playing in the playoff’s. We had no idea that Jamaica does not carry ESPN normally. We were panicking that we couldn’t get. Joseph, the owner, vigorously working with everyone to get it done. If there’s a will there’s a way and it was done. Absolutely saved the day and Georgia won. I just can’t say enough how memorable and magical Springville is. It is the combination of the staff, the owner and the magical landscape. We have been home for one day and already miss Chief Vincent, Ginger, Felicia, Trevor, Sheldon and Vernon. Just after a week they become family that you love and just can’t wait to return!!!

Wow! Our family has not stopped talking about our trip to Springville...it was just what we hoped it would be and more! Our experience was seamless thanks to the owner's excellent communication (especially helping us navigate transportation and changing Covid protocols) and the staff was outstanding! By the end of our stay they really felt like family! Trevor (driver), Felicia (housekeeping), Vincent (chef) and especially Ginger (butler/bartender/point man) went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing, delicious and luxurious without being intrusive or awkward. The home is as pictured...a stylish/upated/beautiful estate and the views from the terrace and pool are breathtaking. Although it was just my husband and our two adult sons this would be a great house for two families or up to 4 couples to share. We mainly hung out by the pool and enjoyed some much-needed downtime. Ginger hand crafted delicious drinks and helped us plan fresh meals with local twists. We did eat out one night at The House Boat which was very good and we took a 3 hour catamaran "adult" cruise that left from a nearby marina but honestly we were very content staying out of the Montego Bay tourist areas. Thanks to Joseph and his staff for making our holidays so special this year...We can't wait to return again!
