Accommodation was nice. Views were amazing

Wifi did not work at all. Owners didn’t fix it. TV did not work. One of the blinds was broken and others were slightly damaged

Quiet and great view. Well equipped and furnished.

Outdoor hotbad not maintain well. Staircase to upstairs is narrow and low ceiling at top stairs.

The location is great, views of the lake were wonderful. Unfortunately it was raining in the evening and through the night so we couldn't use the terrace

We had a toddler with us and we found the place lovely but not very child friendly. I'd recommend the place for families with little older children who understand the concepts of safety.

A bed in the second floor was too old and not comfortable to sleep.

I like that everything we need is provided for. Clean sheets and beddings. Very cozy and comfortable stay. Ambience was good.

Didn't like that details about access to use of the heater was left out. And pinpointing the exact location of the place requires some manual searching.

The location is great for viewing Lake Toya and close to ski resorts. I liked the privacy; it is well spaced from other cabins but close to the road. You can birdwatch from the deck and have coffee on the picnic tables outside but my favorite part of the cabin was the dining table overlooking the lake- perfect for remote work. The kitchen was well supplied and there is even detergent for the laundry machine in the basement. There are many ways to warm the cabin from the ventilation in the living room, to the heater in the living room. The downstairs bedroom was warm at night. The hosts were very considerate because I left my sweater hanging in the bedroom closet and they immediately took a photo of it and asked if it was mine. They mailed it to my house in Hokkaido and it arrived the day I returned home.

Parking space next to the cabin is small so you have to be careful when turning your car around. I am also not sure what happens when you have more than 1 car. Be careful when taking the stairs down to the basement to do laundry. The flooring of the basement entryway is janky. I am wondering if there is an option for 2 people to stay in the cabin since we were only 2 but the minimum payment on Booking was for 3 people to fill the cabin.

Cleanliness is very poor, and few areas to be repaired ( specially outside deck)
