初めて和洋室の部屋でとても満足でした。

部屋の温度が高くてなかなか寝れなかったです...

部屋が広くて眺望がよかった。

エレベーターがわかりにくい。

大浴場はよかったです。

朝食バイキングでのご飯が今一でした。 あたたかくなかった❗ メニューが外国人向きのものがおおい気がする。

Room was spacious

Hotel reception had terrible service standards, especially for a four-star hotel. We arrived at 12.30pm to a dark and empty lobby, and were informed by the front desk that the staff handling check-ins would only arrive at 3pm. They also managed our booking unethically. We made a booking from 15 Jul to 17 Jul, but was unable to arrive on 15 Jul due to delays and informed the hotel accordingly just for awareness. We did not cancel our booking. When we arrived the next day and checked if we could at least deposit our luggage in the room since we had the booking from the day before, the hotel informed us that the room was not available.

It was spacious and grand. Great for families and groups
