We like the price that is affordable and the wifi that is stable.

The shower does not give out consistent heated water and changes between cold n hot.

The hotel is clean, cozy and very comfortable to stay. The location is superb.

Room cleaned everyday. It was exceptionally clean and tidy after cleaning. Thank you. There is a lovely lobby downstairs used to serve breakfast but somehow stopped. We bought takeaway and enjoyed there at our last night of stay. The manager turned on the 'candles' for us. Enjoyed the night Hope the restaurant will reopen soon. I like having breakfast in hotel before starting off the day.

Staff are very accommodating. Good toiletries. The body wash smells good. The hair products are great. Very comfortable set of pajamas. Very clean.

Perfect Location:)

Room was quite small but well equipped for 2 people. And the location is perfect for travelers and easy to approach underground road and Sapporo Shiden.

The window in the room cannot open so that was only thing I didn't like about.

The bed is very comfortable, the staff are very warm. The location is amazing, just in front of Odori Park.

It would be nice if they offer the breakfast again.

Great place to stay at if it is your 1st time in Sapporo. clean rooms, great location and very affordable!!

the place was very near Odori Park, convenience stores and also walking distance to Sapporo station. I also like the laundry room as it was easy to operate.

The location. The hotel is facing to O-dori street, the broad promenade way of the central Sapporo, it'd be fantastic to walk through it, in the morning, day and night.

The space of the room was just a bit tight to me. No interesting view from the room, the window was just frosted glass and I couldn't even open it.
