Spacious, updated, and clean apartment. Great building amenities and direct access to the beach. Property manager was very helpful and always available and checking in by phone.

There were a few things that were broken because of usage but nothing serious. The property manager was very attentive and fixed the bedroom window shade. Perhaps this needs to be changed.

Great flat. Beautiful view on the water canal. Property is right in the beach, and all beach gears are kindly available in the flat (umbrella, cooler, chairs etc, ). I really enjoyed my stay, the flat is very well equipped, very comfortable and very calm. I love the location up north Miami beach, 3 minutes from Hollywood broadwalk, and lovely 25 minutes drive on Collins ave to south beach. Communication with Matcello, the host, very easy and quick. In short I love the place.

kitchen light went out on day 3 of 5 day vacation and no one came to fix it after I reported it to owner. I believe it was a tripped breaker but the lightning panel was behind a locked door. so we had to cook in the dark the remainder of the trip. Annoying but we managed to cook. otherwise I was pleased with my stay.

Has every thing we needed and it was very clean.

Staff, pool/beach location was great.

Booked property said pool view. Received street view and was a bit noisy. Needs more cleaning supplies like spray cleaner and garbage bags, especially for longer stays. Only 1 bag in garbage can and had to purchase. Upgraded pots and pans would be nice ☺️
