Location and rooms are good but Cleaning,maintainance is not good.Shampoo/body gel not available in washroom.staff behaviour is very rough.

The rooms were big and clean.

The hotel advertises Hotel Transfer, we booked and yet no one was there to pick us up. We had to get a Taxi from the Airport.

the hotel is located near the airport and it is logical that it is used for rest between flights..That's what we thought! But this is India… We arrived at night, but they just didn't check us into the hotel. The hotel employee scratched his head for a long time and leafed through his "barn" book, looked at our booking at the booking ... time passed, I wanted to sleep. After 30 minutes, he said that he could not check in (despite the reservation and available rooms).. service zero. Be careful!

The rooms were not clean. It seems they were not prepared prior to our stay. The toilets looked liked they were used. The linen was dirty.

Breakfast was too bad

Very nice room with lovely wall decorations and graphics and beautiful frames of natural sceneries and the stay was very comfortable overall.

Everything was nice but it would be satisfactory if there was initial tea amenity like tea bags sugar, milk powder and coffee etc. available in the room along with the heating jug, the only thing I found missing and the water bottles should have been complementary with the room price. Otherwise it was a pleasant staying overall. Thank you.
