Near to Patong beach but you would need your own transport as the property is on top of the hill. Would be a little challenging to walk. Host is great and made sure that everything is taken care of during the stay. Made arrangements through him also to get our bike rental sorted out and delivered straight to the villa. Was nice to get a complimentary late check out as our flight was in the evening.

Got to beware of the mozzies. Make sure you keep the complimentary mosquito coils lighted. Entrance to the villa is via a steep slope so got to be a little careful. Amenities pretty basic but good enough for us. Excellent internet speed though. Would recommend bringing your own entertainment system.
