Extremely dirty room and sheets. Bed bugs and stains. Felt really uncomfortable. Fraud advertising, nothing like it was shown on Booking.com. Even a different name.

Worst maintenance TV is not working Bed was like jumping spring Fridge was.not clean Bed bugs Sofa was in worst condition.we cannot getup after sitting.need another person to lift you Room key was horrible.it looks like some kind of iron material, not security key Towel is wet No breakfast even included.they not even checking They are hurry about our checkout timing for next customer

Amazing stay, staff is so humble,love the place nice to visit near to Kolkata and very comfortable thanks to gaurav gautam duty manager for arranging a cake for us as it was my birthday loves to stay here tq all.

Excellent staff, Excellent rooms and Excellent vibe loved stay here..I stayed here for 2 days and It was solo trip my first time visit and I will refer this to everyone do visit if you travelling to Kolkata.. hygiene good, cleanness good and staff polite and respectful

I just love staying in this hote🥰🥰l .. its my very best experience ever since consecutive . All staff crew are very pleasant and friendly helpful .. Rooms are very great and hygienic affordable and competitive prices ,,@😊😊most important I feel very secure in this hotel ... always come alone but the staff never make me fell alone.. and my favorite is the papa ji 🙏❤ .... I highly recommend 👌@ ☺

Ac was direct. Like on or off. Room floor or furniture not clean. Bathroom basin fittings not good. Hand shower not worked properly.

Worst service. The behavior of the owner is very very very bad. Would never recommend anyone to stay there. They are not helpful at all. Infact the owner is very rude and ill-mannered. If you have some problems don’t expect any help from them, you’ll have to call the costumer care of the site that you have booked the property from.
