Absolutely! I had the most wonderful experience staying at this charming boutique stay home in Japan. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the cozy ambiance and attention to detail. The decor seamlessly blended traditional Japanese elements with modern comforts, creating a truly unique and immersive atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They provided personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining, which allowed me to explore the area like a true insider. The level of hospitality was unparalleled, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my entire stay.

No word to describe how amazing and nice the hosts are, that was a fantastic stay ! Perfect place to enjoy the relaxing view on the Mt Fuji, paddling on the lake was a great pleasure !

Superb view of Mount Fuji although we didn’t have the luck to see it due to bad weather.

The location of the guest house was absolutely fantastic. Situated in a prime spot, it provided breathtaking views of Mount Fuji right from the comfort of the house. Besides, the owner was very friendly and accommodating plus he spoke english very well! If you are seeking a peaceful and memorable getaway, this guest house is the perfect choice.

Beautifully presented room with tatami and such a warm and cosy futon. The guest house is ideally located on the prettiest side of Lake Yamanaka, and I could see Mount Fuji out of my window. In the early morning it was reflected in the lake as the mist rose off the water, and the view was magical. Staying here was a special experience.

such a beautiful property that looks right out onto Fuji. the view really doesn’t get better. the host is so amazing, helping with recommendations or any questions and there to help whenever you need. also a bonus is they have bikes you can use to cycle around the area :)

This is that rare gem you’re looking for. Probably a once in a lifetime experience. The room feels authentic, is comfy and cozy. It has a big closet to stow away all your luggage to keep the room as aesthetic as it is. The view is breathtaking, mesmerising and iconic above all. The host is unbelievably friendly, generous and speaks English very well. If hospitality would be a form of art this host would be a master.

The only downside is the moment one has to leave again. Unforgettable experiences are hard to part from…

The place is simply amazing. It's a traditional Japanese house with cozy tatami rooms. My room had an amazing view of Fuji. I just look out and see it all! I don't think it can get better than that. And you get out of the hotel and you're on the beach! The owner is very sweet guy too. Highly recommended! Just beware of the buses, it's a village so they are not that frequent.

Very clean, warm and traditional Japanese style room. The host was super friendly and knew English which was really helpful. The perfect view to see Mountain Fuji just outside the Guest house zen. Hoping we can visit there soon.

I would recommend EVERYONE that comes to Japan to come stay in this guest house and experience Mount Fuji like this! This guesthouse is in the traditional Japanese style with modern amenities and a very comfortable futon bed. It was super cold but we had bed heaters and a room heater that kept us comfortable all night. We had a view of Mount Fuji right outside our window and we’re able to watch the sunset/ sunrise which felt once in a lifetime! There’s not much around but the host recommended an amazing local dinner spot that was the cherry on top to the small sleepy town. This is far out of the way from big cities so make sure to book busses in advance but if you can go, GO!

The host was very friendly and knew English which was super helpful. Bikes to rent were free and allowed us to use them. The beds were super comfy and the Mountain View room was beautiful 😍 would stay here again next time.

The guesthouse is really nice in a quiet location. The rooms are comfy. The owner dried my shoes because they were wet from the snow. A nice place to escape the busy cities.
