It is what you expect. Everything was there, location near the airport. The free shuttle service to the airport was great. The room was clean and everything you need, the staff was very friendly.

Motel nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt. Zimmer groß und sauber, haben es für 1 Nacht gebucht bis zur Weiterfahrt, dafür ist es ok. Hoteleigenes Shuttle.

Close to Airport

The fridge in the room was so noisy I think it was because of the build up of ice, it clicked and cracked all night which was awful. Parking is shocking there were no spaces when we returned after a night out. We had 4 units between us and 2 cars and there was insufficient parking for us.

I've stayed at this accommodation several times. The shuttle is only a phone call away and arrives promptly. The rooms are a little dated, but bed, bedding and pillows are super comfy. Rooms are clean and warm. Would stay again.

It was as I expected for the price range. There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Everything was great 👍 I am a kiwi that lives in ozzie so I come home frequently. I have stated at many motels around the airport , 2nd time here and will only stay here niw. So good There’s a laundry you can use if need be. Drivers of shuttles friendly & quick to come. Thanks see you next time

The staff were super friendly on arrival and departure, including checking everything was okay when we departed. The location to the airport is excellent, particularly for early departures. We had the family suite, which had two bedrooms and also beds in the lounge area - which worked perfectly for our family.

A little bit noisy due to traffic noise, but we had a unit near Kirkbride Road, so would think those further back on the site are better.

Great place to stay, handy to Auckland Airport. Very impressed with the shuttle being available 24 hours a day, thought this was a great service

It was a little noisy, but we are used to country life so maybe it was just we weren't used to city noise!

Parking was a nightmare

Room was perfect for the 3 of us. And it was not too noisy. Place was very clean and staff were friendly.

Couldn't park outside unit or in a carpark as taken up by airport parking offered by motel. No disabled parking

The shuttle service from the airport was very handy. The room was well cleaned, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. They stored our luggage when we went to pick up our rental car the next day which was just a couple of blocks away. There is a great Bakery and Indian restaurant - Indian Express - within easy walking distance. I highly recommend the motor lodge as it is great value for money but make sure you book ahead as they are very popular.

shower head was broken, wouldn’t stay in position slide down pole so had to shower holding shower head, spa bath didn’t operate. one of the cupboard hinges in the kitchen was broken

The staff were very accommodating with the hotel shuttle. It was easy to schedule times for drop off at the airport and we didn't have to wait long for pickup from the airport upon arrival.

This family business is awesome, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Clean and safe. The rooms have everything you might need, and reception is basically 24hrs. They stayed up to check me in at midnight and were ready to take me to the airport at 530am. Amazing service!

The one downside I see is that there is no elevator to get your bags to the upstairs rooms, but I pack accordingly now when I stay so my main luggage is not necessary to take to my room.

Big, comfortable room for our one night stay with a toddler. Great shuttle service, picking us up promptly on our arrival and dropping us off at 4am for our flight.

Great accommodation, totally fit for purpose (overnight stay on our way to the airport). They looked after our car while we were overseas too. Shuttles were on time, staff were super friendly. On our flight, my son realised he had left his airpods at the motel. I emailed them and they responded straight away, found the airpods and kept them safe til our return from overseas. Can't fault this place; we will definitely use them again.
