all the things in property I liked it.

Gauri was excellent at the front desk. She upgraded us for free to a deluxe room. Also, her behaviour is top notch.

the location is amazing 🤩 and seafaring rooms are so beautiful. try to take 30th floor and up sea facing to enjoy the view
Property is under renovation. reception doesn’t look that great as per my view.

comfort and bathroom
when i had unpacked i went out and the door did not lock . It seemed a big job to mend it so I had to change rooms -all rather time consuming especially as I only had one day in town.

it was under renovation so could not use the Aer bar

it is centrally located with courteous staff
there was a musky smell in the room, also service was really slow, anything we ask for like towels/coffee mugs we had to wait close to 1 hour to get it

The Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff are excellent at making the guest comfortable and very good at their job of customer service.

It's a great hotel with wonderful amenities and location. It's conveniently located in South Mumbai with good transports options available close by.
The reception staff could be more helpful. Overall staff attitude is much better other than the reception area. The cleaning guys , porters and security personnel are wonderful.
