The room given to us was very small, not very comfortable, it is sort of an extension . but the terrace access was good. the terrace was a nice place to sit and relax. breakfast is below average. price charged by booking.com was way too higher than the hotel's regular rate.

The location -very central to all tourist attractions

Location is perfect, very close to attractions, shopping, restaurants and transport. Room was nice, spacious and clean. And ours was on the top of the building so had nice views from all the windows. Receptionists are lovely and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good. They have a lovely terrace with amazing views. Also I found them incredibly nice to offer early check in as our flight was arriving at 4am, a lot of hotels will ask for extra but as I booked the night before that wasn't necessary. In overall our stay was very good and although I have quite few things I disliked they were not big things at all.

We booked a room for 4 and the sofa bed was way too small even for 2 children , that should have been clearer when booking. Also we were only provided towels and pillows for 3 people but they sorted this out straight away when requested The room has a few things that were damaged that although not a major problem seemed like was on a verge of breaking: windows with very large cracks, towel handle broken, sofa bed was very wonky making very annoying to sleep on but they managed to fix it straight away. I even took photos at the start of the stay in case any of the things broke to show that was already damaged but luckily nothing broke. They give you fresh towels every single day and as much as that is lovely would be good to have a more environmentally friendly approach, I tried to hang all towels so they didn't change but they did anyway. And last a very annoying thing is that they only provide one toilet paper for a room of 4 people. Even when they cleaned the room they take away the one in use and give you only one full one. A couple of times we ran out and had to go ask for more which is not great specially if you are already on the toilet.

it was written that one bottle of water is included but when we checked out we paid!! one night they didn’t clean the room at all, we asked them to clean and they cleaned the day after!

the place was really nice and in a very good locations. it is managed by a really nice family which can give you many tips and advises of where to go and what to do, besides they can organise a full trip around Georgia in case you are interested. very good recommended experience

Location and staff in the evening

The staff called even before it was 12pm to say I have to check out. This has never happened and the hotels, even the best of them give a 15-30 min up or down period. It just makes the experience a little unpleasant as it's not a disciplinary hostel but a hotel
