Great Hotel. Very good breakfast. Great staff. Nice and large wellness area. The Vip Shuttle to Ischgl is very good. I will recomend this hotel to al lmy friends. And I will stay here again in just 2 weekes time!

We had an argument with one of the guests regarding the textile free sauna. He said that it is mandatory. We asked at the reception and is not!

The management team is never available. They “ are always in meetings”. I requested to talk to management several times and they did not contact me. Customer Service is not important here.

Breakfast was great, morning staff in the restaurant was owsome. The transfer to and from Ischgl was very comfort and driver was helpful. The linen was extremly comfortable. Room has been cleaned twice a day. You can take an apple or candies for free - nice. At the end of our stay we have to leave the hotel at 6 a.m., kitchen has made a breakfast box and one of the drivers has bring us (to the garadge) a hot caffe - very nice.

The whole hotel is dark - OK it is that design but in some places has been too dark. Like in sauna where you can't see even hourglass. Plus the light has pisitive impact for relax when it is too dark you have bad feelig. In SPA is no jaccuzi which after a ski day would be very relax also in SPA is too hot and you have no place to cool down after a sauna, you can't go outside. The public places in the hotel hasn't been very clean, specialy elevator. The staff during the dinner isn't so nice and overwhelmed as during brakfast. The dishes for dinner mostly has been cold or only warm. The most sad experience was during dinner - I have asked the personel that can I change the 5 course menu into something from the main menu card. They have said that yes and it is not a problem so we did it. After dinner we have to paid almost 100 Eur, they have only minus 40 Eur for 5 course menu - it is not matter of this 60 Eur but the problem is that the staff has hid the fact. The last thing is price for a bottle of water - 9 Eur, come on 9 Eur for water!! When Prosseco cost 7 and wine 8-9 Eur. You can take a house water for free but some staff pretending that they have only in bottle. Many things in hotel has been damaged - in our room we can't close the doors to the bathroom. In the bathroom you have no place to put the towel. The walls in the bathroom has been made from some kind of gypsum but when it is wet it smells bad for a long time. The hotel is Very OK but not 5*.

It was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly staff, welcome drink during check in. Very beautiful and cozy design, stylish interior. Amazing breakfast, and especially delicious cappuccino! We enjoyed the spa area, its really relaxing, also nice to have tea/water all the time. I had my birthday during the stay, Hotel Zhero made a surprise to me a Prosecco and little fruits plate in the room, it was very kind little gift! We rented ski and snowboard, equipment was of a good quality and well selected by the staff. Also we appreciated the free ski shuttle service so we did not need to use our car at all. Good underground parking, safe. I will definitely return to hotel Zhero once in Ischgl!

We weren't able to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evenings - staff said it was booked. No other convenient restaurants locally. Often there was no staff at reception or at the bar to assist. Rooms were very small. On checkout, the receptionist couldn't bring my valet parked car back for me, so I had to go and get it myself (500m walk). No one available to help us bring our bags down from our room. Overall it left a bad impression, I wouldn't recommend or visit again.

The room temperature was rather high and climatisation controle in the individual room didn’t function.

Excellent choice for skiing in Ischgl. High quality of spa services, excellent breakfast and cousine. Personnel was wonderful, very polite and professional. They did their best to make our experience unforgettable. Spa personnel remarkable. I have had one of my best massage experience.

Nice infrastructure, clean and rather quiet rooms, nice bar, restaurant and spa.

Something's really wrong with the staff in this hotel. On the first night we tried to book a table at the restaurant. They were not very willing to help and after a lot of complications they said "they spoke to the manager" (TMI) and booked us a table for 21 o'clock. When we showed up there they told us the had been some mistake and we had to wait. Finally we were seated at about 21.20. At the day of the checkout, about half an hour before the deadline, somebody knocked the room door and after a second opened it(!!!) without waiting for any response. Allegedly in order to check for the mini bar. Apart from the unacceptable privacy violation, this, combined with the fact that they ask you for a credit card during check-in (despite having fully paid the room beforehand) "for safety reasons" shows that they perceive their customers as potential thieves. Finally some of the staff didn't even bother pretending to wear a face mask. Also there was no glass or curtain in the shower, one just had to shower directly on the bathroom's floor

Great Design

Staff were amazing. Went above and beyond . Food was fantastic. Hotel was modern and clean and funky . Pool and spa area very excellent ! Pick up to and from town were quick and easy . Skiing was amazing ! Think I’ve found my second home for the next 20 years ! Planning on coming back in the summer and check out the mountains !

Would be nice to have a jacuzzi , but didn’t take away from an awesome facility .
