The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Location is nice and quiet, but a bit far apart from downtown. The service is excellent! Good breakfast

It was a disaster. The service was very bad. The toilet smells bad. The sheets and pillow cases were never changed. The carpet smells it was never washed. The breakfast was bad

Great location... great Hostess (the hot water bottle in my bed was an added bonus on this winter evening) ... lovely facilities. Super clean accommodation. I look forward to staying at Boord Guest House again.

Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Location is central, easy access to the university, restaurants and shops. Great host!

The staff were excellent, and there was a nearby park to walk our dog.
Noise travelled - so guests arriving and leaving were disturbing and voices carried through closed doors. We were also hoping for secure parking - not simply off street parking.

The Guest house located in a safe area and we could park easily outside, just in front of the guest house.
Nice to have a park with playgound few minutes walking distance.
From the photos I would expected the guest house to be more in the countryside, not with neightbours next to it...anyway it was not an issue at all.
