Clean & comfortable with a spacious bathroom.

Bedroom space was a little tight with two double beds.

A good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Our rooms were in need of a coat of paint and a deep clean. The ceiling boards in one room were split and needed repairing. One of the showers, when in use, leaked water under the curtain into the bedroom. There was a smell of sewage in the rooms from the bathroom/toilet.

Excellent service from staff once we entered hotel. Food was well prepared and good courteous service

The breakfast was great! Helpful and friendly hosts. Very nice and friendly dogs on the property, too! Recommend to stay more than a night and explore the surrounding nature ( national park)

If you take the cottage, during load shedding the generator will be very very loud. Best to go out for dinner during that time.

Friendly owner and staff, nice interior, spacious room, nice bathroom. Nice and diverse breakfast buffet - and you even get to choose from a list of additional freshly prepared breakfast meals! Parking on site. Supermarket and historic town center within walking distance.

They have a generator to bridge load shedding periods which was pretty close to our window (and therefore pretty noisy) and on the second day it was running all day long (I think there was some bigger problem with the power grid that day). They'll turn it off at 21:00 the latest so if you're out and about it won't really affect you. Wifi quite slow and overloaded.

Check-in was great, we even got a room upgrade! Our room was super comfortable, especially the high-backed chairs. Breakfast was super tasty with cereals, yoghurts, flapjacks, fresh fruit, and of course the hot breakfast etc. Lovely views from the balcony of the mountains. An awesome place to spend a weekend
