Very clean, neat apartment. Excellent shower and bathroom. Decor was lovely and the clean smoke free / pet free cleanliness was an attraction to staying here. The layout of the apartment was good and there was plenty of room. There was tea and coffee, hand soap and a tea towel. Fabulous lighting and lots of sockets available to charge a phone or tablet. The location was pretty central too.
The mattress was too hard for my liking and could be better. The kitchen lacked an oven glove, and some salt and pepper wouldn't have gone a miss seeing as there was tea and coffee. The ironing board, although not used, had a tear in it but generally everything was well maintained and in excellent working order. The tea towel was possibly new out of the pack and might have benefitted from a wash to make it absorbent.

I would give 10* for the staff who assisted us. As we arrived, within 10mins we noticed noise coming from underfloor heating. We quickly contacted host, who immediately apologised and offered us to move to another available apartment.
We also had to change number of days, they were able to accommodate this for us too, which we were grateful for.
Parking available.
As we moved to Apartment 8, it was not what we were expecting. There's no places to hang anything, we've had to hang our clothes on kitchen oven, doors, chairs. The bathroom door requires a full grown man to slide it, with so much force required, we were scared it would break. At times we've had no choice but to use bathroom with doors open, with no privacy. Sofa is not recommended for sleeping, I've had to sleep on the sofa for whole stay, ending with sore back, neck and lack of sleep. The bed provided cannot fit 2 adults and a child. Basic sanitary items would be nice to have (soap, shower gel, shampoo).

Location and apartment design is good and gated parking is a plus.
The front doors and windows don't drown out any outside sounds and sound carries. The mattress was thin so uncomfortable and pillows hard.
Even with windows open the apartment was hot all the time

Really nice apartment, free car parking on a first-come first-served basis, but we always found a space. Great shower. Plenty of space for two. Easy walk into the city centre.
Most of the pans supplied weren't suitable for induction hobs - even labelled as such. Completely useless as a result as only an induction hob is supplied. A few additional utensils would be handy.

Great location & all the facilities provided.
Staff very helpful
Not many negatives to be fair but No daily housekeeping even when requested on door.

The apartment was modern and clean and a great location. I was working in the theatre and it is only a few minutes walk away.
The light in the bathroom was flickering.

clean and practical for what we needed
no sharp knife, had to go and buy one to cut fruit!
the bathroom sliding door was very difficult to slide like it had not been fitted properly or needed oiled, it made it very difficult to get in and out of the bathroom.
we also had our apartment changed before arrival but nobody told us so when we arrived someone else was in our apartment. this was alarming as we worried we had nowhere to stay. took a couple of calls before someone answered but it was sorted quickly however comms could have been better in advance.

very clean and well maintained with everything we needed.
Parking could be awkward.

-Good location
- Off street parking
- Good to have communal kitchen facilities
- Glass panel randomly sitting against the wall in one of the rooms (Not ideal with a curious 1.5year old running around
- Edging in one of the door lips was broken and sharp on the feet if stood on and again….not ideal for a walking toddler (especially since the gap could cause an ankle roll for a child.
- Fire alarm panel in the apartments was in continuous alarm one night with no urgency for anyone to rectify the issue…we then made a point to get in contact with the relevant people regarding this and were told that it’s not a real fire as the fire brigade would be there if so. Still faced with the ongoing alarm we were then advised to go to the panel ourselves and silence the alarm and reset the panel for them.
- The morning of our checkout the floor in the apartment seemed rather wet…turns out there was a leak from the apartment/pipes above and the walls and ceiling were soaking wet also…along with out child’s pram that was left in the hall during the night. Once again we notified someone of the issue and it was met with no urgency as we proceeded to dry up what we could before leaving.

The well lit service apartment was in a modern building and had very good insulation. Spacious one bedroom flat with counter seating at the small kitchen counter and open plan living area. Two flat screen TVs were provided in the bedroom and living room. Ample wardrobe space with drawers. Drying rack provided which is handy to dry clothes. Writing desk in the bedroom allowed good working space. The kitchenette included a clean tall standing fridge freezer.
Car park was available in same building.
There were no clothing nor towel hooks in the modern bathroom which was very inconvenient. The property owner also did not provide soap for washing hands. We have our own body soap and shampoo thankfully.
The drainage for the washing machine was clogged early in the stay, causing water to drain back into the machine full of clothes. Communication was slow which caused some uncertainty and anxiety, though the staff eventually managed to get the plumber to repair the chokage in the late afternoon.
We did not cook in the flat during the stay.

It was modern, keyless code entry, private car park, location
Utensils/kitchen ware wasn’t properly clean, missing essentials like fairy liquid and chopping board, no hook or rail to hang towel in the bathroom, no air conditioning when too hot in the summer, not suitably equipped for babies

It was a good location and was quiet, the staff were helpful. The bathroom was really nice, exceptional quality.
Me and my partner had a 9 day stay booked so a long stay, they put us a in a tiny disability flat with one of those tiny fridges with the freezer shelf and the walls were dirty, plates were dusty it didn't give us much confidence. There was also no bedroom door so no safety and the windows in the bedroom looked right over. They moved us to a different apartment which was a lot better to that I'll give credit, however the bed was filthy and covered in hair and the bedroom window had really thin blinds that barely closed which let a bright street light in, upon complaining about the bed they tried to assure me it had definitely been changed, a clean bed does not have over 10 hairs on it.

Nice and quiet place. It's so perfect because you can't hear nothing behind the wall.
Is just the cleaning was not good.. (corners in shower, much dust inside the wardrobe and in kitchen tee cup and glases was like just someone rinse with water it was even left lipstick 🙈 But everything else was perfect very nice relaxing apartment.

Just a more pleasant experience than staying in a hotel room. The highlights would be the fitted kitchen, separate quiet bedroom and excellent shower.
A chopping board would have been nice, but in truth there were no major issues.
