חדר אוכל- תורים. לא ערוכים לכמויות של האורחים. קטע מוזר שאת הקפה מכין מישהו אחד לכולם. ניקיון- גם באזור הבריכה וגם בכלל הכל היה מלוכלך ומאובק. כל יום מחדש לא ניקו את החדר והיינו צריכים לבקש שיגיעו. לא שמו מספיק מגבות (היינו שלושה שמו לשניים- ככה כל יום מחדש).

the room was barely clean. heavy smoke smell in the first room we were given.

This was our second visit to the Dan Panorama. We found it to be a very good hotel several years ago and have just paid another visit. The hotel is large but everyone is catered for in a friendly manner. All the facilities we used were well maintained, the room was clean and comfortable; and the buffet breakfast selection was very good.

While the hotel caters for families, it would be a benefit to have an adult-only dining area. The many families at the hotel tend not to care that their children run wild through the dining area, making a quiet start to the day something of a fantasy.

workers are loud!!! there’s no service elevators and they use passenger elevators. room cleaning done half good.
