Highly recommend this property if you are after a touch of luxury combined with relaxation and escape from chaos . The moment you walk through the front door of this apartment you'll feel the WOW factor that the images beautifully demonstrate. The apartment is clean, spacious and the truth is.... I found it incredibly challenging to pull myself off the lounge to leave the apartment as all I wanted to do was stare at the captivating views morning and night. Very central to shops, beach and the resort facilities are great for the kids . The host Kylie was extremely accomodating and helpful which adds to the enjoyment and ease of the holiday. Thank you Kylie we will definately be back.

What’s not to love….slightly older building means properly proportioned rooms, excellent layout, fantastic 270 degree views. What a joy. So much better than the brand new developments. And to boot, an apartment with everything you need and two parking spaces. Kids loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in their bedrooms although that might cause expectation problems going forward. Kylie is a fantastic host. Very strongly recommended.

Fantastic property. Exactly as described & pictured. Plenty of room for everyone. Tram stop right out the front which was very convenient. Kylie was prompt and efficient with all instructions etc. We will definitely be back again.

Oh wow what can I say I have never stayed in a apartment as beautiful as this..the fully equipped kitchen feels like your own kitchen at home.The view is amazing, rooms are spacious and each room has its own bathroom..To top it off you have such a beautiful host It was a pleasure dealing with you Kylie and I can’t no wait to book with you again I highly recommend to everyone

The 37th floor apartment was perfect for our memorable family stay at the Gold Coast. Amazing views of the ocean, canals and hinterland. The apartment was very spacious with modern furniture and layout. There were 7 of us staying at the apartment including 5 teenage/young adults ranging from 17 to 21 years of age and the 3 ensuite bathrooms and powder room were perfect. Kylie, our host, was very accommodating and great with her communication. The apartment was a short walk to beach and Cavill Avenue. The train stop right outside the resort was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We found the property to 100% fit our needs. We were looking for a restful week and something that also suited our 12 and 14 year old. Sun city facilities were excellent and great location to beaches and local restaurants.

The sunrise and sunset views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the owner was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. A very large well appointed apartment perfect for a large family. Excellent pools with water slides. Tram station is right out front making it extra easy to get anywhere. Kylie was very very helpful with easy check in. Will come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment. The views are absolutely spectacular and the apartment is spacious and well equipped. Having the tram stop right outside the door, made everything easily accessible and very convenient not to mention the beach being 2 mins away. We would definitely recommend this property.

After a postponed (COVID lockdowns) our 2021 holiday finally took place.
This stunning property was perfect for us. Gorgeously appointed and so comfortable.
Every room having our own en suite was a plus.
Great kitchen and comfortable lounge, with FOXTEL and big TV.
The bedrooms and beds and huge.
We had terrible weather for the first few days which can't be helped but it honestly didn't matter when we could enjoy this space and the views.. Let me tell you they are nothing short of spectacular!
We felt so special and blessed that Kylie rents it out. She was just so thoughtful, kind and considerate throughout the past 12 months we can't thank her enough. It made our whole stay seamless from start to finish.
And a holiday to remember.

Second time staying in the amazing unit. With views to die for and 3 large ensuite bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone. Great location and easy check-in. The 2 car spaces are a bonus. Hopefully will get to stay again. The owner is great to work with as well.

Thank you so much, Kylie. We had the best time at your wonderful place. We found everything we needed in the apartment. It is very spacious and well equipped. The views were stunning and although we had a week of rainy weather we enjoyed our stay. The pools and sauna/ gym were frequented a lot and we also took advantage of the tram stop in front of the building. The walk to the shops was easy. We can’t wait to come again!

Nothing short of perfect.
The initial enquiry and booking was so easy and Kylie was so helpful and friendly with every interaction.
Check-in was simple and when that front door opened, our jaws dropped, the 270 degree views were breathtaking. The apartment itself was immaculate; every square inch of it. It is fully equipped; Kylie has thought of everything, we could have lived there and wanted for nothing! We were a party of two children (tween/teen), my husband and I, and our very fussy mothers who were delighted by this apartment everyday! We had plenty of space and no one had a single suggestion for improvement. We spoke all week about when we could next come back.
The location was fantastic for us; convenience store (with just about everything!) across the road. The tram stop right out the front. We easily got public transport to the theme parks. We walked to Caville Ave restaurants and shops and sometimes took the 3 minute tram ride. We cooked, we ordered Uber eats, we ate out; it was also so easy from this apartment. We all enjoyed the buildings facilities; bar, coffee shop and especially the pools.
But the views by day and night, were just magnificent.
We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to a return visit. Many thanks Kylie.

Thanks Kylie for such a great stay at Sun City, the views are amazing and the unit was spacious and comfortable. The kids had so much fun on the water slides and it’s a short walk to the beach for some boogie boarding. Just one suggestion would be a couple of sharp knives for cooking in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this unit for a memorable family holiday at the Gold Coast.

A beautiful apartment that had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Gold Coast. Amazing beach views. The location was perfect for accessing shops and not too far to drive to the main attractions of Movie World and Sea World.
The kids loved the pools that were available and this was one of the highlights for us as well.
Very easy check in and check out process.
Communication was excellent and instructions that were provided were very clear and helpful.
An amazing stay that we would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay on the Gold Coast in great comfort.
