Good maintenance of the entire complex

A nice apartment in a well-maintained complex with many swimming pools, sport facilities and child playground. Although the apartment wasn’t very big, there was plenty of storage space for our luggage. There were some amenities missing in the kitchen, but the stuff were extremely nice and brought us everything we needed.

There were some small details missing - I would put a glass door in the shower or some pieces of art on the walls. Everything was just basic. Although the complex is advertised as situated “on the beach” we had a 10-minute walk in order to reach it as we were accomodated right next to the parking spot.

Complex is really nice - pools, green, peace. Restaurants and brunch were wonderful.

Apartment was furbished with cheap staff which with time started to wear off and break down. Fewer amenities in the room than expected.

Great pools and kids playgrounds, the outside greenery was amazing.

The apartment was not well equipped. The kitchen was lacking basic items or they were super old and not useful. The couch and curtains had stains. For 5 nights we only had one clean of the room. There was just one AC for the whole apartment which meant we had to leave all doors open at all time.

located close to the beach, huge property consists of small buildings, generally safe for children and relatively calm. enough plants and nice greenery. nice pool area. well managed access good size of the bathroom with washing machine, capable kitchenette, nice smart tv, good Wi-Fi coverage with strong signal common parking area is far from most of the residential area - no cars rushing around to get the best spot.

ongoing construction works in June with a lots of noise and mud on the alleys. walls are not thick enough to keep silent from neighbors. bedroom and the bed were really small. No working shop inside the resort. staff is very friendly, but sometimes gets confused when asked questions (feels like too many restrictions from the management). cleaning service shall be improved with a bit, though acceptable parking area is far from the residential area- we had to walk like 500 m to get the car which in some situations is challenging

Parking, There wasn't any cooking utilities in the apartment and there was mold in my room and the in the rooms of my friends.

Food, the room, the location, pools and etc. Actually everything because it is a great place for a vacation with your kids

There was some misscommunication between the reception and the parking staff, so I had always to explain that I'm a guest of the hotel so they should let me pass. They were implementing some new system for the parking place and there were some issues obviously
