Queen bed was like concrete in Rm6, hardly slept and body ached all day. Kids didn't mention the singles in their room. I've stayed here probably 8-10 times since 2018 and I've never encountered a bed here or anywhere else that was sooooo uncomfortable. Second night tried using spare blankets on mattress to make it bearable but not much improvement. I hope management can rectify this as it's always been a fantastic place to stay, especially with the family.

it was very dirty, musty smell like it had been closed up for 3 + years. the aircon leaked water down on the blinds and onto the carpet which ended up like a vey wet. the handrail on the stairs may fall off if ups hang onto it while walking up or down

they didn’t clean the property until 6 days after we are arriving and so I requested to come and clean it, they forgot us, the property was very dirty, lots of spider web and dust, no tissue box we have to use the same towels for six days, they didn’t change them the fridge was stinky, the bathroom was dirty the hot water machine was very noisy and we can’t sleep at night

The accommodation was very clean. Staff has high attention to detail, and everything was planned out with no hassle check-in and check out. Highly recommended.

Freezer wasn't working properly, and the bathroom decor is a bit outdated with old style water mixers and a small bathtub.

Great location, large townhouses, very easy-to-deal-with the property, quiet, shady street. Would stay here again.

Very rude and sarcastic receptionist when we went to ask about making payment changes! Michael the receptionist was very nice, however other guy was rude and felt like he was passive aggressive

The place was extremely dirty, the carpet, walls and vents have not been cleaned in years. Filthy place.

Great size and location. Very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Woolworths and Coles are within walking distance.

It was convenient and offered a three bedroom apartment, which is hard to find.

Ok, the sheets and towels were clean, and the place had been wiped down and vacuumed. But don't look too closely if you're fussy. Power points and switches and corners haven't seen a cleaning product for at least a year or two. Bedspreads were probably washed but were old and stained. The apartments are in need of some proper care eg broken dishwasher, blinds, lights. And only two bowls and three teaspoons for six people. Not recommended if you're at all fussy.
