Location and township

My wife has a mobility disability and so I called the agents re suitably found there were a few small issues but thought we would cope. They neglected to mention the 4 stairs into the apartment which meant we could only leave and renter the apartment once a day due the amount of effort it required.

it was in a great location, would be lovely for a couple to stay.

Not suitable for families. Too small, not child friendly, no window or air con to second bedroom and fan didn’t work properly without a clunking noise, baby couldn’t sleep in there. The complex wasn’t very clean, no staff around and the additional hired high chair was so revolting we didn’t want to put our child in it.

Great location opposite the beach

Renovation works were done in an adjoining apartment, with Jackhammering and sledgehammering going for 2 days ( on a weekend in peak season). We were not notified of this prior and while the owner was apparently also not notified of this, they were unable to stop this and as compensation we did not even receive a refund for full 2 days.

Location excellent

The pool could have been heated

Great location, room was clean

Property is a bit tired. Needs some maintenance
