Great location. Easy walk to the surf club and beach. Nice view from the balcony. It’s quite spacious inside with well lit comfortable living area. The lift made it easy for my elderly father to access the unit
The garages are very tight to manoeuvre into but there is space to park just outside the units

Good view and overall location desirable and comfortable unit.
Maintenance and cleanliness needs to be improved. Minor issues of no dish washing liquid, partially used toilet rolls and no spare in en suite. Tissues in main bathroom half used and box raggedy. Hair drier really dirty. Needs closer attention to cleaning.
