Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and Dinner delicious. Rooms good size and everything was working inside the room.
If you looking for a place to relax this is not the correct place. Very busy and with rooms next to each other that is not sound proof and kids running in walkway its impossible to have pieces and quite time.

Globalement tres bon rapport qualité-prix

Close to park
Dinners were rather similar

The Location so close to the parc is hard to beat and the views are amazing. The meals were awesome and delicious. The rooms are well equipped and spacious.
The service at the pool and viewing deck left a lot to be desired (wrong drinks, long wait times, unwilling to correct). The monkeys are annoying and a health hazard.

We have the best experience ever.
At first we arrive to the hotel wthout our lagguages due to airlane company mistake, and as soon they know it at the hotel Sarah Watson from Guest Relation was on it, she deal with everything and get out lagguage with the most amazing care and extraordinary professionalism. We already felt cared and at home. All the staff, from the recepcion, the room cleaners, the waiters and the hostess from the restaurant were behiond amazing, friendly and professional, always with a smile on the face.
We loved every single moment at this hotel!!
About the safari, we had the most amazing guide tour eveeer, Enock, professional and full of knowledge.
It was truly an experience behiond our expectacion, we felt home, and we will be back for sure, can't wait to be here again!
Thank you to everyone for making our honeymoon unforgettable.

Beautiful property that immerses guests into nature. Beautiful and clean rooms, and food was fairly priced at the pool. Shoutout to LJ and the woman who works in the gift shop - they were sweet and helpful. Transportation was expensive but the driver was spectacular.
Didn’t seem to cater to solo travelers, more so to groups. Even trying to book a safari was a pain as I had to wait and see if anyone else signed up as there’s a minimum # of people required. Multiple times during my safari my guide forgot I was on the tour (to the point I had to speak to the guide about being inclusive). Waiters were nice but inattentive; everyone at the pool deck always had to go up and ask for the check. Quiet area was not reinforced so loud guests kept the wildlife away some days. Staff were a bit awkward and stand offish unless they were speaking to other staff members. Non informative (I asked for a water at dinner and previously was told dinner was all inclusive. After I finished my meal my waiter said water was extra. Should have told me when I asked for it). Witnessed the lady at reception being rude to a Chinese man and his wife as they had difficulty speaking English and she began mocking them out of frustration. Overall I was disappointed as this place has great reviews.

Fantastic facility; great breakfasts and inners surrounded by braziers under trees; had suite 401–the best. Excellent game drives especially all day with Enoch. You cannot do better!

The atmosphere and the friendly staff
Some of our rooms 21 and 23 were stuffy and I would recommend that they they deep clean the rooms and deal the mould issue because it’s a health hazard for guests
