Great rooms very spacious and bed so comfortable. Really cool bar and restaurant

Location was ok but for us not ideal . Taxis unable to pull up at front of hotel as it’s a pedestrian area

An exceptional hotel in a central location and with excellent facilities. The staff were amazing, attentive and always available. The food at Gigi’s was delicious- the breakfast is definitely worth adding to your room booking. The rooms are really spacious, the beds are comfy and everything is super stylish. We will be back again and again! Thanks GG

Gut war die zentrale Lage, wenn man denn gern zentral wohnt. Gut waren die Zimmer und das Bad.

Etwas klein war der Bereich der Sonnenterrasse, lediglich 6 Liegen am Pool. Gar nicht gefallen hat uns das Personal im Restaurantbereich. Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel und da merkt man dass das Verhalten dort nicht nur ein Ausrutscher war. Einen Morgen hat es 30 min gedauert bis der bestellte Kaffee kam. Die Angestellten sind überfordert, versuchen sich Bestellungen zu merken aber das klappt meist weniger gut. Sie sind zu sehr mit sich selbst beschäftigt Dies gilt nur für den Restaurantbereich. Empfang , Reinigungspersonal und die Türsteher waren immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.
