The room is great!! I have a full kitchen, work area, seating area and my bed. The bathroom is really nice and I like the toiletries they provided (soap, body lotion, shampoo and cream rinse). The room had a safe, extra blankets and a robe. The kitchen had coffee, tea and purified water. I am so happy with the room.

One of the receptionist had a bad attitude when I called to claim some clothing I left there. Chilangolandia, what can I say.

The suite was really big and spacious. The staff is nice and the location was perfect for my reason to visit México City. That being a concert in the Pepsi center.

My room was on the first floor. And I could hear everything from what was happening on the street to the garage door opening. All in the middle of the night. Was really hellish to try to sleep with all that noise. Mexico city do not use air conditioner because the overall weather is always fresh. But for some reason my room was warm at a moment, and no matter that I opened the windows and it was raining, the room was still warm.

We liked the bed and towels, the place was very clean and cozy

The place doesn't have noise cancellation so if at the pepsi theater is a show you can hear the people outside, and the doors are too loud when they close
