Location opposite mall and near airport. Classic property with old style feel

I stayed at Fleuris Hotel in May 2023, and it was a very nice experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful. It was one of the few options I found with a 24-hour reception that welcomed us at 4 a.m. after a 6-hour journey from El Nido. Besides taking great care of us during our stay, the hotel also assisted me in retrieving a personal item I had forgotten at the hotel. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for their outstanding service.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool was out of order this time. We have stayed there a number of times now and the swimming pool is a big attraction for us.

location was just right - in front of a large shopping mall, near the main avenue. 5 minutes away from restaurants and banks. staff also went out of their way to arrange transportation to El Nido.
wifi was spotty. the hair dryer provided to us was dirty. however these are not deal-breakers.

The hotel is centrally located and is near two major shopping malls. Despite the central location, though, the hotel still has a quiet atmosphere and you can be assured of a restful sleep after a day of sightseeing.
Nothing really except that it may be a little too expensive for what it offers. Breakfast was also limited and servings were on the small side.

Really hated the room we were given. Located on first floor next to reception. It was dark and dingy.
The window faced an alley/storage area where the staff had lockers. We were woken up at 5:30 am with staff making a lot of noise and laughing outside the room. W

Staff were great but unfortunately the pool
was not, it was broken which messed up my trip. I only booked hotel because of pool usage and it was a downer bad.

Close to mall , customer service
Noise can hear from the hallway thru inside the room. Swimming pool is not open. No elevator for elderly or pwd .Rooms only accessible using stairs going to 3rd floor.
