It was a bit disappointed as basic amenity not provided for a 400 sar room
The room is clean & hotel location is good (for people with own transportation)
Towel was not provided in the room. When requested they only provide 1 towel. Night shift staff cannot speak English very well. This is the main issue. Day shift staff was very friendly & helpful but unfortunately we have to check out.

poor lobby area. No restaurant. bad outlook of the building. disappointing look overall.

In a great shopping district. A little awkward to get to the haram.
No breakfast. A bit overpriced.

I request to fix my water heater because weather was very cold and I wa with my family. He did not.
Location was OK but staff not good behaviour.
Staff behaviour should be good with guests. Specially on the reception person not good behaviour.
