I liked the service provided by very helpful and courteous employees: Flora in the breakfast area, June, in Mojjo Bar on Floor 32, and the Dream Team of Concierges, including Meng, Lee and Tum. I am forgetting a few more guys of the Concierge team, but I cannot recall their names... The proximity to the BTS Station of Phrom Phong is surely a plus. The pool area was impeccable and the staff that works there were superb.

Japanese toilet, in the room, great location for public transport. Desk staff were great, as were concierge and door team.

Drinks a bit price, more shower gel in the rooms.

Clean and modern, good breakfast

Every rather loud music, at the reception at breakfast everywhere and no background music but constantly yelling girls music. Terrible especially in the morning when still getting awake. Moreiver the music at the rooftop bar/restaurant was that loud that you could here it in the rooms which were 3 floors lower.

The property is really well located in sukhumvit and has a beautiful lobby area. The pool is amazing and the roof top bar is incredible! The room itself was clean, comfortable and well sized, with floor to ceiling windows. Loved our stay and wish we had stayed longer! Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the breakfast as we enjoyed the surroundings a bit too much!

the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was very big! The location was very good too. Reception and concierge were very nice and helped when i needed them.

Beautiful stay. Room is very huge and the bathroom with the view of bangkok is wonderful. Fitness room is ok not big but enough because it's not full. The reception area look really good and the staff was very nice

Very very bad that the liquid bar area is a smoker area. I wanted to enjoy the swimmimg pool but all the sunbed was busy so I stayed in the liquid bar area and it was full of smoke. I couldn't enjoy the moment so I had to leave. I don't understand why such a big area is a smoker place. That should not be , it's not cool for non smoker who cares about their health and want to enjoy near the swimming pool.

The location of the hotel and its proximity to the markets and the metro station, which helps to quickly reach the desired area.

The hotel was beautiful. They have a few restaurants at the hotel and the price is quite reasonable and the meals were delicious. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of options. Staff were always helpful.

It's a big hotel so sometimes you have to wait a little for the elevators to arrive. But it's not a big issue. Not much entertainment on the TV so if you plan to stay inside alot bring a laptop or ipad

Our room and bathroom are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was better on weekends and some week days, it's not as good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

It would be better if they had on-the-spot cooking noodle service like some other hotels, as they claimed to be a 4.5/ 5 stars hotel.

Modern hotel with a swanky roof bar and Japanese restaurants. Great choice of food at breakfast and a good gym and pool. Plenty of restraints close by, especially Korean ones.

No lock on the toilet door

Location was spectacular. The view from the room was amazing. Loved the Breakfast. So many options to choose from. Staff were very polite especially Snack from the front office team and Non Oh from concierge team. Thank you.
