Location was excellent, the rooftop restaurant afforded us grest views, the concierge was particularly helpful, and the staff always had a ready smile.

Few things on the check in we have someone was in reception training so it took him long time, as well customer relation person getting too noisy trying to ask many personal stuff instead of helping me out. Breakfast was just ok

Loved the Location

The carpet was very dirty. Bathroom not very functional. Face towel too close to toilet. Faucet on wash bowl too high. Water splashed everywhere. Not enough counter space. Not enough hangers & outlets in bedroom.

Most things except for below

1. The duvet is far too small for the bed-it hardly covers bed 2. There was an older man with grey moustache that I ask for two keys and he was rude in that he told me that irrespective of fact that we were two people, one key is the norm and not two keys. That is silly

Staff was unhelpful and none accommodating… Room had the whole black out teared down.

The stay was very pleasant. We have already stayed at Sura hotel 10 years ago and this time came with children. Everything was perfect and the staff was very kind to help except there were some small issues.

• there was no body lotion at all and there were no separate shampoo and conditioner. Last time during our stay there were these products so I did not bring anything with me and was surprised not to find them. • the extension wire was not working so we had to change the wire from kettle to the minibar • the carpet was not clean for the baby to crawl

comfortable beds And pillows, good shower, good pozition, near all shops and restaurant. good spa and massages and hamam But oposit of the hotel so you have to go out.

we didnt like much breakfast.. i mean for that price Its better to have room without breakfast and eat outside in very good restaurants and turkish breakfast are amazing…massages and treatments are quite expensive for old city… But they give some discounts.. hotel taxi 60€ to airport, normall taxi about 600tl, But be carefull, hotel pozition is in one street , which when is block by some car you just stack and not move. that exactly happend to us. so call taxi to airport much before for you have enough time especially morning when some tracks put goods and all the road stack and you will not arrive to airport in time!!!!!

I liked the Location and Breakfast. Also, the servers that served the breakfast were friendly. The Guest manager ( Morrocain lady) was amiable.

You improve your customer service by having more qualified people who speak many languages. Also, train your staff to be more friendly, warm, and have smiley faces. After all, you are not doing the tourists any favor. They come to turkey with their money and dollars. When something goes wrong in the hotel or rooms, your receptionist should first say, I am sorry I will do my best to fix the problem instead of looking annoyed and mad and saying this is the last time I will change rooms. Turkey is a beautiful country with amazing places, but unfortunately, people have attitudes toward foreigners and lack customer service. You have so much work to do if you want tourists to keep coming to your country. I had the worst customer service in the Istanbul new airport and in the reception at Sura Design Hotel and Suits and

hotel is not easily accessible for taxi because of the tram line so we had to walk a long way to the hotel with our luggage.

Staff are very nice and welcoming. Also I needed help printing a paper and Rahim helped me getting that done. Room is clean and comfortable.
