The staff is very nice and helpfull.
I did not like the area. Although location is very central, i did not feel myself secure in that street.

To be honest there is nothing that I liked about this place except maybe its location in the city center.
Oh, where should I start?
The building is very very old and if you didn't be careful you will fall down the stairs, there is an elevator but it's very small and old.
The room itself is very old and the beds are old and not clean.
The bathroom is a nightmare very dirty and unhygienic and really smelly I couldn't bare even to use it it's very bad.
In the check out the staff was really rude to my friend and kept asking her when will we check out although we were late for 10 minutes.

Very central hotel with spacious rooms, temperature in winter was good and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff were very polite and accommodating
The walls are thin so if the guests in the other rooms are noisy then it causes some discomfort especially at night

The location is perfect, in walking distance from the historic and interesting sites. The hotel is a the quiet street, not far from the bus stops. You can have a tea or coffee with very tasty sweets, and enjoy relax in the spaces close to the reception. The staff was very nice and helpful - big thank to Mr. Ibrahim and his colleague.
All was OK.

Very good location, but arriving at night it is difficult to find it.

The location is good because it is in the city centre and you can almost get everywhere within 10-20 walk. The AC is working very well.
The car parking can be a bit challenging. The shower and the bathroom could be better.

the room space
the elevator was too small and no equipment at the room like water kittle and no cleaning equipment

The location is good. Walking ditance from the archaeological museum, and, if you're fit, from the Zeugma mosaics museum. Also within ditance is the best baklava shop in Gaziantep, İmam Çağdaş, and many others. There's also the beautiful Pisirici Kasteli cistern, with little shops on the way.
Good, affordable food can be found by continuing down the hotel's one way street to to T-junction. Turn left and walk till you see a staircase on your right. If you are looking for beer, there is a tiny shop on the right before you get to the staicase. Down this staircase and to your right are several little restaurants.
The hotel no longer offers breakfast, but there are snacks and tea and coffee available in the lobby. There are seating areas in two rooms off the lobby. We missed a cold water fountain to fill our water bottles. This was available everywhere else on our month-long journey.
The hotel is a little old. The lift is one to use with caution. Unless you open the door immediately on arrival at your floor, you may be transported to another floor by someone else's call button.
The beds were a great disappointment for a weary traveller. They are light-weight. If you sit at the bottom end, they tip up. Our double bed was narrowish and had one sagging side. It was hard to stay ON the bed on that side.
Toilet paper, as ever, in Turkiye, was in short supply. We got half a roll for 3 people for 2 nights. Of course this was easily rectified, but one does wonder at the logic. Also, we were in a triple room, yet started out with only 2 towels.
I was surprised by how difficult communication was here with some staff, even with a translation app. This was different to anywhere else during our month-long trip in Turkiye. We could not get any help with parking. In fact there was a huge misunderstanding.
Parking, by the way , is a problem. The hotel street is one-way, so once you've passed the hotel, if you're not lucky enough to find parking in the street (very few spaces), it's a long journey to come back round to oass the hotel again. The only good opportunity is a small empty lot past the hotel and on your left. Several locals park here too, so that the lot is fairly empty early in the morning. As we left around 9.00, we were able to get out without difficulty. Late night it's jam-packed, however.
We did see an otopark across the busy street nearby, but that would be a bit of a journey with suitcases. You'd have to drop the cases at the hotel and then go and park. In short, some research regarding parking is necessary before arrival, I'd say.
The room's window is darkened by a very light fabric blind, set some distance from the wall. If you want to be asleep some time after sunrise, remember to put on your eye mask.

Good location right near the center and surrounded by restaurants.
AC worked well.
Staff spoke good English.
Don’t listen to your GPS. It struggles to tell the difference between a road and a “road”. Mine tried to fit me through a “road” fit only for bikes.
Tall. Most rooms are high up.
