Great value for money.

The room was very big in size and very clean.
I really didn't like the breakfast and the location of the property. One of the AC was broken during our stay in the hotel.

Welcoming staff.
Air conditioner.

No ventilation in bathroom, poor breakfast.

Good place, good value for its price.
The room has awful smell of smoking! It was not removed after several hours of fresh air, nothing helps.

staffs
the rooms and facilities need update
it was like they are using same staff for a decade, towels and bed covers were dirty and torn.
mattress was as firm as wood
the breakfast was minimal and the dishes were dirty
you’ll spend more than 1 hour to go to tourist attractions (but there are some shopping centres around)
they provide one bottle of shampoo which was broken to be used as shampoo, body wash and hand wash
one night we needed a bottle of water for our baby but the receptionist didn’t provide it because every room can just get one bottle. even when I explained that in the middle of the night we won’t be able to go to supermarket with a crying baby, still he refused it (we were happy to pay for it). other staffs were really kind but night receptionist couldn’t speak well and was not helpful at all
3.0
the only positive thing about this place is the staffs who are kind and welcoming
it’s dirty
the towels, bed covers and mattress need to be replaced with new ones, they are so old that they are torn apart
the dishes for breakfast were not washed properly, we stayed there for 2 weeks and every day there was a new disaster, from dirty spoons to lipstick on cups
it’s covid time but they wash the dishes with hand and no detergent!

Family Rooms are massive and clean.
Terrible breakfast. Hardly anything there to eat. Broken shower and curtain.

Big two-room space, new bottle of water every day, airco in each room.
We thought we booked a 4* hotel, which in reality is maximum 2*. The location is very bad in the industrial area, this we already knew from other reviews but we did not knew that the area is so bad and not well connected. The metro is hard to use to get to/from city centre. The taxi is also hard to find, everyone in Uber cancels the request.
The breakfast is the worst that we ever had in hotels, very cheap and impossible to eat sousage, old cheese, horrible coffee and no any pastries. The choise was poorest, just bread and butter. Add to this overal not cleanness of the place where you have to eat, we even decided to have a breakfast somewhere else, despite paying for one in this hotel.
As I said this is not 4* hotel, the photos on booking are lies, they are fake 3D-renders in computer, the real life pictures will disappoint you a lot, very outdated interior, dirty shower and toilet. The windows covered by layer of mud and seems never been washed for the last year. Old and dirty curtains. The bed sheets were old and smelly, I even preferred to sleep without pillow, because you can see on photo in what condition is pillow, it’s covered with layer of sweat.
The main facade of hotel is pictured very tricky, that you don’t see the dirty street and industrial area around.
People in reviews who stayed one week in this hotel and saying it was good, they must be fake, I cannot believe someone would stay here more than 2 nights and be satisfied.
It’s just a bad hotel, not worth even half of the price paid.

Helpful staff, good space rooms, suitable for families

The breakfast was good. The room was spacious. It's a 10 minute walk from the metro station.
There was no toothpaste or shower gel in the room. And when we told the receptionist, he just said they wouldn't be able to deliver them as the housekeeping worked untill 10 pm and it was already 12. The next day they brought the toothpaste but kept forgetting to give us a shower gel, so we just bought it from the supermarket ourselves. We were given a different room from what we had booked, which was really small with a broken air conditioner out of which water kept dripping and making noise. We were given the room we had booked only on the third day, there was no refund whatsoever. The sound proofing prevents noise coming from the outside, not inside. We had a big family with noisy children next door but we had the feeling like they were staying in the same room with us.

We were family of 4 (with 2 kids) stayed 10 night. Receptionist CENAK went extra miles for us when I was sick. He did shopping for us. Everyone is helpful 🙂
10.0
-large room, bigger than I paid
-modern, functional air conditioning
-huge bathroom, equipped with spacious cabin and hair dryer
-kitchen
-table with chairs in the living room
-large TV that was clearly visible
-solid entrance door, which closed tightly
- video surveillance halls and parking
-the windows were OLD, ALUMINUM joinery with double glazing. The room was large, as if it had 4 windows that opened. None of them closed tightly, so there was a current on the floor and there was noise from outside.
-the walls were hit here and there, somewhere there was a hole
-large distance from the center. You have to change 2 means of transport to get to the area of the big bazaar

Everything! I highly recommend Ebrus’un Konagi. I loved my stay here. The employees are very kind, it felt like I was living amongst a family. I am also very big of cleanliness, and my room was clean. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it.

Good wi-fi connection and good location and proximity to metro, buses, Sabiha airport and Kadikoy/Maltepe neighborhoods
Barely no English spoken by the staff
Breakfast far from being Superb as advertised, many common items missing: no fruits, no cereals, no pastry, cheapest bread, etc. You cannot serve yourself either
Room is not soundproof you can hear your neighbors talking even on low volume, all the noise from outside is extremely loud, could not sleep at all
Fridge in the room did not work
Terrible smell in the room from sewage could not get rid of it even if windows were open all day
1.0
1. The staff couldn’t speak English at all, so very difficult to communicate.
2. ventilation system in the bathroom was not working, so bad smell inside the room all the time.
3. Very limited variety in the breakfast( the same bread our 12days stay), coffee was so hard to get, no juice, yogurt, cornflakes, milk,…
4. The hotel was supposed to have a 24h restaurant according to booking.com but there was no restaurant at all.

Only 1 positive point it has , large room.
The location was so far from everywhere you could get and the price for metro was not economical. They didn’t use to change Towels & Blankets, one day I found a lot of hairs on cleaned Towels. They asked me to pay more than Booking.com. The breakfast was to poor and it should be served by their staff. I am sure that it’s not 4 star hotel because they don’t have points. They didn’t use to put Tea & Coffee in the room.
