Reception and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.
Hotel restaurant offers a very limited menu and the food was horrible and expensive. We ate there several times because it was convenient but some of the food was inedible. French onion soup tasted by pure vinegar!

Excellent value for your money. Perfect if you need to stay near the area. The staff could be more friendly.
Parking is extra. Noisy rooms. It's not very walk-friendly.

I loved the Continental Breakfast. The service was very good, room was clean, staff was polite, friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location for Hospital Ángeles. Convenient parking for only 100 MXN / 24 hrs. Comfortable bed (new, double bed mattresses, new linens, many pillows). 24 hr room service.
Bad, overpriced food. Dirty carpets and pretty worn. Noisy.
