Everything was amazing, rooms are very spacious with a small balcony and a great bed. Water pressure is amazing and the water is very hot if you would like. Great hotel to stay
We ordered food from the restaurant, price and taste was great only all arrived cold to the room unfortunately

The staff was very nice and accommodating, the grounds were lovely.
Location was fair, but I wasn't expecting to go site seeing, I was only staying there to meet my group in the morning to travel elsewhere.

This was an off season visit to avoid a very noisy neighbour party at rented accomm in Urubamba. San Agustin delivered on the critical factor—peace and quiet—but otherwise disappointing. Room was nice—a huge bed!
No atmosphere. Having to pay on check-in. Pathetic breakfast. Room lacked charm or outlook. Felt closed in. Hotel lacks spaces you would want to hang out in...bit depressing.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, nice staff.
Awesome location.
Rooms were not really soundproof, we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around all day

It was a place with very nice infrastructure, polite and helpful staff
There was a leak in the bathtub but not a big deal It's on the road so to enter to Urubamba plaza or restaurants you have to walk through dark areas
