beautiful and comfortable. close to mall

I thought it wouldn’t take long to get to the airport but it took an hour.

poor location high prices and 3 star hotel

it was not a 5 star as mentioned , the mall attached was closed and there was nothing around. it was a hassle to arrange food. lift was dead slow and made us think we were stuck inside. we booked two rooms, one room was having bad smell and other had smoking smell upon complaining the rooms were changed . the room keys kept on ditching and stopped working , which had to be repeatedly changed . our stay was only for a night as we had a flight to catch in morning but it was not at comfortable. rooms were big , beds were good but had dust in the room. one room was out of tissue paper . we booked only keeping in mind the mall which was unfortunately not functional. the price we paid was super high and we could have got a 5star hotel stay in that . dissapointed

The hotel is just a short ride from the airport and the rooms were really excellent.

Odd location right next yo the entrance of a dead mall & no sign for the hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel to stay overnight if you have to get to the airport soon. The facilities are good with comfortable rooms. The in room dining was great as well with good choices. The breakfast was great as well.

No shuttle to the airport which would have been nice as Uber is a hit or miss.

The hotel is beautiful considering where it's located. There are a lot of uncompleted buildings around it but not a problem for me. The stuff are respectful.

One thing that needs lots of work is the wifi connection. It doesn't work most of the time and when it does, it's super slow.

Very nice pool setting on the roof, pleasant service, very comfortable lounges with sun umbrellas. Well equipped Gym is in the mall, connected to the hotel, free access. Room service is available, helpful staff.

English speaking staff is limited, but enough to communicate.
