Did not eat breakfast at the premises.

I think they could have done better with the bed. The bed was not comfortable.

The room was clean and the property has a excellent location. Save parking is a plus.

The room booked was with twin beds. Had a double bed which was not a problem for a single person. The room had an interconnecting door (locked) to what I think was a communal room that was not sound proof! Also the room next door has a thin interconnecting wall that end at ceiling high. There were music playing right through the night for two nights and a third night alarms/cellphones went of for an hour and a half from 04:00 in the morning! The sliding door in the bathroom cannot close properly.

Its beautiful and felt like home. It was quiet.

No breakfast, staff was very friendly, room was neat and clean.

Little outdated and noise from other guests but overall a decent place to stay.

The neighbourhood.

The mattress in room 8 was sagged. They need to be replaced. You can better have the breakfast somewhere else. It was simpel and tending towards substandard. Main part of the breakfast is selfservice. That is fine if you know how it works. We had some luck that there was a guest who came there often. It's a bit weird for us, but all the guests had to sit at the same table as one big happy family.

- the room we had (room 10, by the dining room) is right opposite the staff toilets. Every fart and noise is heard very clearly. - the intercom door bell for the front gate is right next to the room. Expect to wake up every time someone rings the front gate in the late evening or early morning - I paid for the breakfast for 2 people but the meal was quite disappointing - room was listed as having a bathtub but didn't and has different photos than what we received. I asked them about this and they said the rooms were renovated (sure with furnishings from 1960) but that doesn't explain the missing bathtub (which we actually needed)

Great location

Very noisy - currently undergoing construction. Walls in the rooms are paper thin, so very noisy if you work from the room, or go to bed early,

Not much.

First, I indicated arrival time 16h00, but arrived 16h30 due to traffic congestions (taxi strike), but there was no one at reception to receive me. Someone, probably the handiman, had to phone the gent to come and receive me, who came about 10 min later. I had to hurry to be in time for the course. Second, they said that breakfast will be served at 08h00. They only arrived at 08h10, and still had to prepare breakfast. I had a course at 09h00, which I just made in time, which was not ideal. Third, at 02h30 the next morning a bulb of one of the light fittings in the ceiling started to switch on and off, until I had to get on a chair and remove the same from the fitting. On examination the next morning I learned that it was a rechargable bulb. It resulted in a very bad night's sleep. This, I understand could not be foreseen by them, but other things in the room like the blinds look tired and needs some maintainance. The wash basin probably needs a new washer for the tap as it gives very little water when opened.
