Very friendly and helpful staff and central location. Nice view of the mountains.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts so we had to carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The rooms are very small and no dressing table / mirror in the main bedroom.

It is a little away from main "choice areas", but safe parking underground and nice clean and modern accommodation makes it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend. No concerns or complaints. All worked smoothly.

No Airconditioning in main bedroom. kitchen very small and not enough couches for family of four. Viber very weak could. it watch tv because of load shedding and not goof Viber

The apartment was neat and tidy

Noise was unbearable, we stayed on the bottom floor next to reception and other guest in the room next door was having a party. Sounded like we were in a shebeen or night club! Receptionist could not move us to a different apartment as there was loadshedding. Security said he could only ask them to be quiet after 10 at night. (There are signs up saying quiet after 10, so I take it this is the norm here) The rooms echo noise from outside. We did not use any facilities in the room before leaving and driving home 5 hours till 1 in the morning. Now they are ignoring all mt messages to try get a refund, not answering any of the phone calls. Even Booking.com has ignored my customer service message.

Clean and modern

the wifi is a nightmare, 70% of the time it lost connection and you need to reconnect. Also it was very slow

The other residents were very very noisy until midnight throughout our 3 nights stay!!!! That was very disappointing 😤

On arrival I hit the pavement with my car before you enter the gate by the security guards when you park your car to go take the keys, you must put a warning sign at least. Your wifi kept on disconnecting beside loadshedding, we ended up not using it.

The property’s location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful, security was good.

No curtain in the main bedroom, and a mirror.
