Hotel hermoso arruinado por el personal.

El desayuno, la habitación, la limpieza me pareció excelente. Me encantó solo la atención de una señora que te recibía para los desayunos, de la Señora María de limpieza de las suits - muy atenta, y de Jonatan que nos ayudó con el problema de habitación y con la implementación de tour en nuestra estancia.

La atención de servicio del personal fue decepcionante, más que todo la atención a clientes “nacionales”, por que a clientes “extranjeros” si eran atentos.

The greeting was exceptional, really appreciated the personal touches

There is currently building work going on which would have been nice to know about beforehand as it made resting in our room difficult. There is also a bright red light that is on all night outside the rooms which makes falling asleep difficult

I was upgraded to a bigger room and the staffs were accommodating and supportive. The location is also good.

It would be good if they put a mirror in the room to be used for dressing up.

Comfortable hotel and convenient location.

The hoto is two small blocks away from the main street -- Ave. Charles Darwin. It's a convenient location and a quiet neighborhood. There is a tour company right at the hotel so it is easy to book tours. They even prepare breakfast for you to take away if your need to leave early for the tour.

No view and no swimming pool at the hotel.

driver to the airport very insightful and helpful

we had to discuss a lot, before we got a room as booked. Construction works on the roof directly on top of our room. Laundry did not work as promised. we did not get towels in room. Staff is totally overwhelmed with providing standard service levels.

value for money ok, nothing fancy

we booked king size bed, but did have 2 small queen size beds in the room. they were not very comfortable. Transfer to airport with hickups in the organization, . Driver was mega friendly, and both helpful and insightful during the drive

Not a good experience overall. Wouldn't recommend it.

The place was nice, located far from the city noise

Noisy hotel that wouldn't let you rest at night. When asked if they could change the room the sent us to a inferior room than the one we paid for. Also, we had to shower with cold water in two occasions (out of the 6) and we found a cockroach in the room. The breakfast had few options and the staff was very eager to sell you overpriced tours.

Great value stay in Santa Cruz

Breakfast was sufficient and early so you can catch any tour. The location was perfect, close to the main tourist street but quiet.

Room was a bit noisy during the day. Bathroom window was next to the corridor and you can hear everything.

Good hotel to enjoy Santa Cruz

Safe area to stay and really engaged Hotel Manager to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Internet was always extremely slow and almost not working (<1Mbps). Staff gave the feeling that you are not welcome and just another guest. No real communication at the check-in (needed to wait and nobody told us on what). Almost no english speaking staff, so difficult to communicate which breakfast, etc. is desired.

Stuff was super friendly and helpful. They helped with laundry, snorkeling equipment, any social requests for our baby. The owner is our main love. Thank you guys for your work.

Our stay was inferior to the positive reviews I had read.

Coffee available early, good maid service. Arranged transport for beach and other tourist excursion.

Wi-Fi was horrible. They told me it was an island problem but I fortunately had a great signal from Claro. Breakfast was mediocre and small. We're initially put in wrong room until I showed them what I had booked. Check-out was 10AM!!!! Never, ever had one that early. They were knocking in our door then because they needed the room.

We were able to request the same room for both of our stays. They also help coordinate transportation and excursions while you’re there. There’s also a restaurant on site.
