L’emplacement (quartier animé et agréable), la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine, le petit déjeuner. On y reviendra sans aucune hésitation si on revisite Chang Mai

L’hôtel est en cours de rénovation: On nous a attribué des chambres non encore rénovés, en effet la sdb a besoin d’être rénovée (la chambre était belle cependant). Quand toutes les chambres et sdb seront rénovées ce sera encore plus beau.

Excellent location. The manager was extremely nice and gave us a very early check in at about 10.30. Beautiful rooftop pool.

Needs refurbishing because the rooms look old. More like a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Great location. Good value. Nearby street food, flea market, and mall. Good quality for in room amenities. Staffs are super friendly. Decoration reflects the name of this hotel so well.

Water didn’t drain that well after using bathroom. Noise from construction may disturb during daytime. Night time is fine.

Art Mai is one of the best places we have stayed in Thailand! The location is excellent- the area is funky and upcoming. There are so many cafes, restaurants and bars to discover in the area. We stayed on a weekend and there was a food market at One Nimmian which was great with buskers - a great experience. Old Town is also only a short ride away. The room itself was clean and comfortable. Staff working at the hotel were superb and friendly. They answered all of our questions and have heresy advice on what to do in the area. The pool is great and has a brilliant view. We also tried a few different cocktails from the bar which were also fantastic. Overall a perfect place to stay!

Everything was super! Only small criticism is the breakfast is slightly overpriced when there are great options for breakfast and brunch a few minutes walk away.

We stayed in Art Mai Gallery as a group for 6 nights in July 2023. The location was excellent.

It was good as a boutique style hotel, but below our expectations. It was a kind of old and weary. The main weakness was the breakfast. It was very limited with very few items compared to the Thai standard and without some of the basic ingredients such as cheese. In some instances some dishes finished early but was not replenished.
